This one looks formilliar somehow...Can't put my finger on it... I'm sure I've seen it on some action movie and that scene is in desert...
That guy looks a bit like Jack Coleman. You know, Noah Bennet in Heroes. OMG, I just found out he played Steven in Dynasty! 
I'll just through a wild quess... Hulk? Most be somekind of monster movie by the look on the dude's face..

illinois... wild guess... Dark knight? Was there a scene like that.. I don't remember but somehow it comes to mind.

It looks like something more along the lines of Freddy vs. Jason. But I wouldn't know, since I've only seen that one for Chris and I thought it was crap on a stick.
