Thanks, but I'm still learning. I'm still disappointed a lot because the photos with my new SLR didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. It's hard to be able to choose the right settings for the effect you want to create. But I've only been doing SLR photography for a few months now, it needs a LOT of practice. You can't expect miracles, right? smile

Raccoon Dogs?  OK, that's just creepy.  This is in the top searches on Yahoo today...

Why do I get the feeling that this is either photoshopped or just two fat racoons?

^ They're cute though.

Looks like we'll get our first taste of winter weather here soon. On Monday the high is predicted to be 39 F.

But the bad thing is that Halloween will be in the 60's. I hate Halloween. A few years ago idiots egged my car and I had a bitch of a time to remove the dried egg.

To me, they look like they'd bite your finger off if you tried to touch them.

Re: Randomness

Well, shitty shitty bang bang! This day has been literally foor of crap for me.. Ah, the joys of parenthood again. Try having two boys in your house, one which you've been trying to potty train for two years.. And then comes the glorius day that he him self takes his diaper pants off. And then his almost 2 year old brother follows his lead.. but the two-year old has no idea how the potty belongs in all this. not that he hasn't been sitting on potty few times already, just to practice. He just thinks it's a nice seat...
Sorry. I am a little PISSED off. neither of them used the potty today... It was so much fun pee all over the place..

Re: Randomness

My face turns scarlett red when I read that previous post of mine.. I ment to be joking but still.. If it's too grose, just say the word and I'll delete it...

I'm still sick so I'm easily annoyed. I make a bad patient. :embarrassed: Sorry if it shows, I try to behave on this site.. I'm starting to think it's not the flue but something else. I thought so even more when JTT came home yesterday and said that he'd been seeing a doctor and he has tonsillitis. We have pretty much the same symptoms. It would make sence that we have the same thing since we tend to kiss a lot. :embarrassed: I'll try get an apointment to see a doctor today so I could get my own antibiotics...

Re: Randomness

What did all of you did on this fine sunday? big_smile

I just sat back down and lifted my legs up. Rewarded my self with too many pieces of pie and my fifth cocoa-cappuccino for today. I had a weird cleaning spree today. I did like 5-6 hours of cleaning. My feet are killing me. I'm not usually that big fan of cleaning - honestly, I do it pretty sloppy.. I usually do it as fast as possible -  but once in a blue moon I get on this weird mood... And now you could perform surgery in our living room. big_smile

But i will never loose weight if I keep rewarding my self with pie and stuff... :embarrassed::drool:

Re: Randomness

I've been doing computer stuff all day. Updating little things on the website, creating webpages for my Fanboys and Speech & Debate reviews, editing Chris's audio interview further. Nothing spectacular. I posted your envelope today too, Maria. And did laundry. Caught up with the latest Numb3rs episode over lunch. And in about 10 minutes, I'm gonna go to Cologne to watch Nights In Rodanthe in the theater. I better pack some tissues. big_smile

Re: Randomness

My day's just getting started.  I'm kind of a nightowl on the weekends.  Stay up late, sleep late.  Woke up at noon today and did some chores.  Gonna run through all my message boards real quick, and answer some emails, then I have to go to the grocery store and get more canned cat food for my crotchety old man kitty who suddenly decided he wasn't going to eat his dry food anymore.  Then, I'm gonna make a huge brunch for myself and get started on some online stuff I need to do.  smile

So we're having high winds today, up to 50MPH. Getting waves of rain. Now we're supposed to get snow showers tonight.

Kind of early for this type of weather.

It's getting cold and wintery in Germany too. I've had to take some of my warmer jackets out of my closet last week. Wonder if we'll have snow this year...
