Right now I don't feel like wanting to dive headlong into another verbal fight, as much as I wanna give this guy a kick in the balls. At least he's been halfway polite about it, right? A troll is, IMHO, different. Much ruder, much more insulting.

So what if he thinks the movie sucks? You're only gonna fuel his wish to keep coming to the board and post useless negative crap if you keep engaging him in conversation. And I don't know how to contradict this guy. I haven't seen the movie yet, so I have no idea if it's gonna be great or not. From the trailer I'd like to think I'm really gonna enjoy it. I've only seen the first Witch Mountain movie, and while I liked it, I didn't exactly love it. I don't have any real amunition against this guy right now.

He hasn't seen the movie either. He's been posting garbage since before the trailer came out and now he's judging it by the trailer. I guess you must think he's the one who wrote that review. NO. He dug it up and posted it because he just wants everyone to be down on the movie based on his hatred of Disney, The Rock, remakes, etc. He wouldn't have given the movie a chance anyway, but now he just keeps ranting about the trailer. Which we all think looks great. That's all I was hoping anyone would say. That you think, based on the trailer, it looks great.

I know he didn't write that review, he just posted it. If you think it'll do anything, I can post that I think the movie looks great, judging by the trailer. I just think it's kinda pointless, to be honest. I already said it in, like, three other threads. And this guy is not gonna change his mind if I say that I think the trailer looks cool. The guy who wrote the review may even be right when he says Chris's character is the most pointless in the whole movie, as much as I hate hearing that and as much as I hope it's not true. I think we're all gonna love the movie for Chris having a pretty juicy role in it, but if I post that, this guy's only gonna come at me, accusing me of praising the movie just because my favorite actor is in it.

I'm not trying to be difficult or anything. I just think it's pointless to give this guy any further subject matter to dig his claws into when he still being polite enough. I'd totally go at him if I had any more to say or more arguments to defy him. Sorry, I'm useless with this one.

Look, do whatever you want. Nobody's saying he'll change his mind. I don't care what he thinks. It'd just be nice if other voices could be heard so it's not always just me and Sackmaster saying people should give the movie a chance. No one's trying to convince the troll of anything. It'd just be sad if new people popped onto the board and thought his was the prevailing opinion. It's not. And do you really think for one second that I care about some random dad dude with a ten year old who didn't like Chris in the movie? That I even thought for a fraction of a fraction of a second that there's any validity to his opinion as far as WE are concerned? Give me a break. Chris couldn't be pointless if he tried. As someone else posted a little bit ago, this guy just hates Dwayne Johnson and posts negative crap about everything he's involved in. Our friend "Nugen10" has quoted him from other boards. I'd hate to see him have the run of this board.

He's pretty amused about Chris and Ciaran now filming a movie where they play father and son. He thanks us for all of our support on the movie.
