Deb, as you will have seen, I went back and forth with the RTWM guy on IMDb a little. IMHO he's being very reasonable. And from what he's said in response to my posts, he's nothing like a troll. Nor is he running the IMDb board. He thinks he has a right to post his opinion there, even though he's not praising the movie. And I'd like to think that he's right, as long as he stays reasonable and doesn't start being rude or insulting. You can't blame him for wanting to share his opinion, and so far he's not been unusually weird or boorish about it.

You can't expect everyone to love the movie, and if they utter halfway constructive criticism (which I think he did), who are we to tell them to stay or go away? Maybe I missed some of his ruder posts, I haven't read everything he's posted on the RTWM board.

I don't you've read all that this guy has said. And he's there nearly everyday, refuting anything positive anyone says. He also goes on other Rock-related boards just to bash him. Like I said, I was not asking anyone to argue with him. I just wanted a few more positive voices there. But again, do whatever you want. The guy is only there to bash and cause trouble, no matter how "polite" he makes it sound.

We think of that movie as "crap on a stick", but this dude thinks very highly of it, obviously. Hey, at least he came around to liking Chris.

They seemed to have actually seen Chris in more than Crap on a Stick, though, otherwise they wouldn't have changed their mind. I'm not surprised they think Chris is much more than Linderman. Because he is.
