Yay! Some of my shows return this winter! The Lost season premiere will be Jan 21 and Medium, apparently, Feb 02.
Amber's new show, The Unusuals, will premiere on Wednesday, April 8 at 10:00 PM on ABC. Her character's name is Detective Casey Shraeger.

I saw the movie Seven Pounds today. It's really good. Will Smith is amazing in it!
I saw it tonight, and I agree. I really liked the movie very much. Kept me guessing until right to the end where it call comes together (maybe I'm thick like that). The scientist in me was a little annoyed at a medical glitch right there in the last scene (at least I'm pretty sure it doesn't work that way), but it didn't really taint the movie. It was quite a beautiful idea, and it still had me thinking about it on my way home in the car. Those are the best kinds of movies, if you ask me.
I also thought Will was great in it. Very agonizing, heartfelt performance. I don't think I've seen him doing such a subdued, tortured character before. Nice change from all the action and comedy you're used to seeing him do (Pursuit of Happyness aside). Plus I loved that he was a little more skinny than we're used to. Suits him very well.
Now, please, someone tell me where I know Woody Harrelson from. The name sounds strangely familiar, but I'm not sure I've ever seen him in anything. Suddenly I'm thinking Pinkville..... Oh, and that one Hispanic dude from Prison Break was in it. Sucre's fat, little cousin, I think.
One more thing I'm still puzzled about. Why is it called Seven Pounds? I think I'm missing a link here. (In German it's called Seven Lives, which makes sense to me.)

Woody Harrelson:
All I know him from is Cheers and 2 movies, Natural Born Killers and The Cowboy Way.

Actually, I think I've seen Natural Born Killers once, but I surely wouldn't recall him from that. I have a sneaking suspicion he was gonna have one of the lead roles in Pinkville.

That's great you liked Seven Pounds, TJ. I think it means he has that much weight to carry in terms of people's lives. I like the name Seven Lives much better though.

Actually, it appears to have several possible meanings. There's a thread about it on Yahoo!Answers that explains it quite well. However, since it would spoil the ending of the movie, I'll only post a link and not the actual content of their answers: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index … 253AApWXPc

Just finished the Perfume movie. It's not boring or bad or so, it's just not my kind of movie. Well, I could have lived on without knowing it.

Who wants to bet that he'll be busted for driving without a license before too long? Because, you know, he's above the law. The rules don't apply to him. I see a stint in jail or rehab in this clown's future.

I'm finished with Grey's Anatomy and Numb3rs. What show's next? Medium? CSI:NY? Let's see ... I still have so much stuff to watch. Tough decision.

Yeah, I know, but since I am still certified sick next week I'll have plenty of time to finish Season 4 before you send me the new stuff. I also have to finish some old CSI:NY episodes and Lost, of course. I always wait a little longer with Lost, as you know.

Are you using a recent version? Maybe you should upgrade. My version plays MKV. Otherwise ask Google: http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&hl=de … ewwindow=1

I don't know what software you're talking about, but the most recent version of VLC is 0.9.8a. You can download it here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
