samsy-marie, you can watch milk even if you know what happens because it is not about the ending , it's about the story and it's an acting lesson from sean penn. like de niro said in his speech " how did you get away with playing straight men all these years ? " de niro's speech about penn was funny.

So DeNiro presented Best Actor? That makes me kinda sad that I missed it. I like DeNiro a lot.

I didn't see them announce the Best Actor, but with the Actress they brought out five previous winners to introduce the nominees.  Maybe they did the same thing with the Actor.

they did the same with the actors, each of the former winners presented one of the nominees and de niro got to present sean penn.
