Excuse my language, but I just can't believe that! OMG. My best friend Steph adored him. She is going to be devastated. My jaw is on the floor right now. First Glenn Quinn now Andy. Poor Steph, she's gonna spend most of the day in the bathroom crying today I bet.

Andy's death just got even more tragic. Seems it was caused by a simple tooth infection that he ignored a little too long, so as not to upset the shooting schedule on Angel. The infection went to his heart and he battled it for 5 years before it took him.

That's very very sad news. And I've never heard of a tooth infection spreading to the heart.

Me neither, but apparently, any infection can get into the bloodstream if left untreated. And if it gets into the blood, it goes straight to the heart.

A good friend of mine died of an infection that spread to the heart too. They think it started with a sinus infection. A colleague's father almost died of multi organ failure because an abscess on his spine went untreated for two weeks and the infection spread into his blood. Sadly, it seems to happen more often than you'd think.

Well, I know that I will never ignore an infection. And if I hit my head, I'm going straight to the doctor. Horrible way to learn these lessons.

I'm paranoid about hitting my head now. Did you hear about that little girl that had an epidural hemorrhage just like Natasha and her parents were watching the story and even though it was a few days after she felt the signs, and they brought her to the hospital and were able to save her?
