Comic actor Dom DeLuise has died. He was 75.

He was so funny. But he could bring the drama, too. He'll really be missed.

What a Shame. Only last week did i watch The Muppet Movie, in which he features in a great opening scene.

I met him once. Very modest, very sweet, exactly as you would hope he would be. My wife spoke to him for about 15 minutes about his cookbooks, and you could see a genuine love of cooking he had. And he was a very funny actor. This is a sad one.

It's always good to know that people are nice and down-to-earth. I would definitely expect nothing less of him. I remember him being on the talk shows all the time when I was growing up. And sometimes the boys would be on with him. He loved those boys. I remember thinking when I saw the movie Hot Stuff on cable all those years ago when they were little that I hoped they'd grow up to be actors because they were all just adorable. I'm so glad they did. Peter's my favorite, but I love them all.

I just learned tonight that Dom and all the boys did an ep of 3rd Rock From The Sun. Must have been after I drifted away from the show. I know David was on it for years, playing Bug, one of Dick's students. I really wanna see that ep now. Maybe someone will put it on YouTube.
