Thirtysomething

I read yesterday that the 80s drama "thirtysomething" was coming out on DVD in August.  I'm pretty jazzed!  Anybody remember the show?  Love it?  Loathe it?  Lots of people thought it was too self-indulgent & yuppified, but I really loved it.

I was not in the right demo for it when it originally aired, so I missed it.  Saw some eps here and there when Lifetime was repeating it.  JoA fans will be interested to note that one of the show's best directors, Tim Busfield, was one of the stars of Thirtysomething.  I'd like to see it now that I'm old enough to appreciate it.

Not if you're actually interested in it.  I just wasn't at the time.  Those people's lives seemed alien to me.
