Wallpapers

I just made a very sweet Adam/Joan wallpaper from our couply screencaps that we posted somewhere in the JoA section. Check it out. You need to click the image to get the full size wallpaper!

Re: Wallpapers

joansdreams.jpg

Here's a wallpaper I made long time ago. I made it after I saw "Romancing the Joan", because I loved Adam's line so much: "The Guggenheim called and they're giving me my own wing." (And I also loved Joan saying "This is my fantasy. She's not in it!")
LOL, I had such a good laugh about that, so I just had to make that Wallpaper. big_smile

Re: Wallpapers

Love the wallpapers.  Especially love the one from "Romancing the Joan".  Definately a funny episode with Joan always feeling invaded by God by her fantasies lol  And then when Stevie comes into the dream, it's even more hilarious.

Re: Wallpapers

I like your wallpapers, I've tried making wallpapers, but I'm quite inept at it. I can never get a smooth cut around things.

I just like how he calls her baby in the first fantasy. Sigh.

Tell me about it! Some guys can say "baby" and it just sounds soooo...good. He's definately one of them.

Re: Wallpapers

Awesome!  God, it's an embarrassment of riches lately!  We've gotten so much new stuff in the last two weeks it's just crazy!  Love this one, TeeJay.  As soon as I get over my current infatuation with my special order Graduation wally, I'll switch to this one.  big_smile

Re: Wallpapers

Hey Tina, how do you get those pics so big without any quality loss? When I try to get them big to wallpaper size they look awful because there's too much quality damage.

Yeah, they do look awful when you make them that big, but I use a filter on them afterwards. In PhotoPaint it's called "Smart Blur" (or "Intelligente Unschärfe" if you use a German version) and it makes those pixely areas get smoother, thus making it look better. I'm sure Photoshop has something like that too, but I couldn't tell you where to find that function or what it's called.

Re: Wallpapers

Ah yeah, PhotoShop has this feature called "Weichzeichner", maybe it's that. There's a Weichzeichner and a Scharfzeichner, I guess I'll have to play with those a little since I don't have PhotoPaint.
