That's pretty much the only lovable thing about the movie.

Did you know that on the DVD there's a deleted scene where Linderman gets to kiss Kia? Well, she kisses him. Half a minute before he dies. Oops, I didn't spoil the ending for anyone, did I?

Aw he looks so young there!
And I still don't remember him...yikes:|

Well, then I guess you have to watch the movie again. (Which I personally would not do, because I already saw it twice.)

I actually rented this movie for the first time the other night, just to see Chris' performance. I had to endure this long lecture about how Freddy vs. Jason was the first movie to have two monsters face each other since Frankenstein Meets The Wolf Man...or something... before I was actually able to leave the store. I seriously wanted to scream "I'm just watching it for Chris Marquette, okay?!"
Every once in awhile I'll enjoy these slasher movies, but this one was a pile of crap. I was multitasking while watching it, which I do a lot, and I would only look up from my calculus homework when Chris was in the scene. Still, the girly scream was classic and I was sad when Linderman died. Also, it was kind of cool to see Chris and Jason Ritter together in something other than JoA. I had no idea he was in it when I rented the movie.
I'm sure the only reason I'd ever have for buying this movie is if it were in one of those 2 for $10 bins. And I guess there's chance of that happening, so maybe someday...:)

At least the 15 seconds interview from the specials is kinda funny because he talks so fast. Too much coffee, dude! LOL

Haha I saw that! He was talking faster than some of those annoying teeny boppers. Too funny.

The DVD is kinda worth it for the smooch between Linderman and whatshername too.

Yeah, see how much I really care about this movie? LOL!
Oh, there is one interesting coincidence in it though. The stoner kid was played Kyle Labine, brother of Tyler Labine, who played Dave on Invasion, uncle of the character played by Alexis Dziena, who was of course, Bonnie on JoA.

Yeah, me too. This is kinda like seeing Sprague Grayden (Judith from JoA) on Jericho with Skeet Ulrich, who played Paul Callan on Miracles, where Chris was a guest star in one episode. And even Fred Kohler, who played Ramsey on Joan, appeared on Miracles. I certainly watch too much TV. LOL

Haha, I'm the same way. I've been a TV junkie ever since I was really young. I actually just got my hands on Miracles, but I haven't started watching yet. I'm trying to catch up on Heroes at the moment and I'll probably start Miracles afterwards.

LOL! You guys don't know the meaning of too much TV. TeeJay can attest to how totally addicted I am. My TV is on from wakies till bedtime. Though, in my defense, I don't watch crap. If I'm not watching one of my regular shows, I'm on Discovery, or TLC, or The History Channel, or Nat Geo or premium cable. I rarely just leave the TV on with any old thing blaring on it. I'm very picky.
Current favorite shows: Prison Break, 24, Studio 60, Law & Order CI & SVU, Friday Night Lights, Jericho (major schedule conflict now!), Lost, Medium (another scheduling conflict), My Name Is Earl, The Office, Grey's Anatomy, ER, The Dog Whisperer, Rome & The L Word
Everything else, I can totally do without!

I watched 11 episodes of Miracles in a row, so be sure that I do know the meaning of too much TV. I mean, I even watch some shows dubbed into German. I'm currently watching Grey's Anatomy, Numb3rs, Medium, Lost (just started), Jericho (at least the clips on youtube) and Life On Mars (a british cop show, started a few weeks ago here). I sometimes catch The Simpsons, King Of Queens and the reruns of Home Improvement. I admit it, I watch Ghost Whisperer, but only to improve my English. LOL
And here`s the thing. I recently made a list with all the shows I want to watch/have on DVD. I honestly came up with 66 shows. Can you say TV addict? LOL

Yeah, I kind of suck at watching live TV. I've got Tivo (which is always full) and tons of TV on DVD. I have a weird schedule, so watching a TV show during its correct timeslot has never really worked for me, haha.

Can't affrod TiVo. Still doing it the old fashioned way --- VHS taping. But I had to watch Lost online last week because my friend Dave ran off with the tape!
Oh, and Anne:
I admit it, I watch Ghost Whisperer, but only to improve my English. LOL
Yeah, right. Admit it, you're a traitor!

Yeah, I know the timeslot problem. I used to tape a lot of shows, but since my VCR broke I can't do that anymore. I think I'll try to make my Dad buy a DVD recorder. LOL There's currently the second season of Numb3rs here on TV on Thursdays and I hate it because my mom's show ends at 10.15pm and Numb3rs starts at 10.05pm to 10.10pm (I don't get that damn channel, it ruins everything!), so we always argue about what to watch. Thank God I already know it, but I still like watching it on TV.

I bought it for 5 EUR (~$7) from one of those bins a few months ago. But only for the extras with Chris that I had never seen before and the possibilty to make good screencaps. Because it really is a crap-on-a-stick movie. Fast forwarding through it again for the screencaps was enough to endure.

Well, Illinois, the first half of the movie ain't any better, so you didn't miss much by my standards. There's a deleted scene on the DVD where Kia gives Chris a kiss there by the tree. She walks away, but then she turns around again and comes back.
Kia: That was really brave what you did back there, Linderman.
Linderman: Charlie, my first name's Charlie.
Kia: Charlie. Now, listen up, Charlie. You better fuckin' be here when I get back.
Linderman: Why?
Kia: So I can kick your ass if you ever tell anyone I did this.
(She leans in and kisses him.)
And then at least he dies with at least the lingering memory of that kiss. They should have kept that in the film, if you ask me. Doesn't make the movie any better overall, though. If you wanna take a look at that scene, we have it on the website as a vidcap: http://www.chris-marquette.com/media/vi … c_Kiss.wmv
The only thing that amazes me is how in even such a crap movie, Chris still gave his best. Look at this:
He has tears in his eyes. Shows that he goes balls to the wall in everything he does.

Oh, by the way, apparently they are planning to make another sequel, but this time they're going to drag that Halloween guy (Michael Myers?) into it, too. So it's going to be a Freddy vs. Jason vs. Halloween guy.
Seriously, who is going to watch that crap?
