I've always wondered if it's us, using some black budgeted orb-style "ufos" to fly around and create these things in the crops with some kind of microwave beam weapon(?). Maybe it's just some elite RAF pilots practicing with them and having a laugh about it. Some of the early formations were like little nudges to the UFO community. Is the fact that they can now do them so fast they have time to weave and tie individual stalks and that they can do it invisibly in daylight the next evolution in the technology of the circle makers?

We have the technology to "cloak" things now, after all...

I bought a car today. Technically my mom bought it, because I don't have enough finances to sign for a car. Brand new Chevy Aveo. It's a story I'll remember forever... the car I wanted (and got) had a dead battery, so I couldn't test drive it. I drove a similar Aveo and ran out of gas about half a mile away from the dealership. At least I have a good story to tell about my first car.

Yeah, I've heard bad things about it, but going to the dealers for a flat tire or some minor repair is a rip off anyway. In Pennsylvania you have to take the car to a certified dealer for inspection, so there's no getting away from it then but I'll probably just drop it off at Sears or something.

The sales man blamed the truck that brought them, they were just unloaded a few days ago. Apparently they only filled them with enough gas to get them off the truck and into place. He didn't really come up with a good excuse for the battery being shot already though. If worse comes to worse, Pennsylvania has clunker laws.

I always believed a brand new car was supposed to be perfect. That's the whole reason we buy 'em brand new, after all. So we'll have no problems and if we do the dealership has to make it right. Sucks that you're having to put up with that.
