(its not evil its just misunderstood and given a bad lable by most Christian/Catholic Bible believing religious people. They call it satanic and evil or of the devil but really its just another way of appreciating nature and being one with it. Think the Celtic Druids. They are Pagan and closely tie into Wiccan and elemental magic as well as appreciating the beauty and harmony of Mother Nature and the planet we live on.)

Haha yeah i did notice like 3 of the cards mentioning stuck in a rut. Well thats fairly accurate right now. Just feeling over my life in general. But hanging in there and it all sounds pretty good.

I have been a little worried that there might be issues at my brothers wedding because last time both families got together for the engagement it was pretty close to a punch on and people had to be held back by other family members. Most of it has since been resolved but it could easily end very badly. But i will put faith in the ideal that everything will work out fine.

Seems to me like my travelling will be one of those things that is tough while you are doing it but rewarding that you get through it type thing because you have learnt and grown from it. It is something i have wanted to do for a long time and am now devoting most of my time to saving and planning for it. So I am glad to here that its not all so bad!

Well i guess i can only comment on the Past and Present cards, but i have really felt very much so that i have been stuck in a rut lately. Discontent with my life and such. I'm kinda annoyed to see that its still there in the future too....I am not too sure about the jealousy and greediness of my past but i think that might refer to having so many friends begin their backpacking travels while i was very jealous i didnt bother to put the effort in to save or plan until really now. And the 2 celebration cards, well my brother is getting married in November and I am the bridesmaid so i am to assume that it is refering to that. Like i posted before and i agree with Bree in that it could go either way as to something good or something bad. Not the marriage but just the actual wedding there might be issues arising. The wise woman...well to be honest within this last month i would say it was 2 wise women actually. Close friends, Kate and Hayley. Both have been massively supportive of me and talking to me about what i really want to do in regards to travel. I pretty much want to do exactly the backpacking travel that Kate did. Which was camp america, then travel down the east coast, across the south, up the west coast and spend the winter in Canada for the ski season. So she has been a massive support just to find out what she did and stuff like that. Hayley on the other hand went and lived in South Korea last year for like 6 months and is going to trek South America at the end of this year. Its good to chat to her about travel. She is all for pushing my boundaries and telling me to challenge myself. It works well as a good balance for me while I am doing my planning at the moment. I seriously just automatically thought of those 2 as soon as i read wise woman, i just automatically corrected it to women. So yeah i would say that the reading is accurate. It feels true anyway.

From the future part it appears that Hayley would be the wise one. Gotta put myself in situations that are new and challenging so i can grow and learn from them. Thats what i took the reading to mean anyway. I just think Bree was very sweet to do that for me

oh nawww its nothing really. I just enjoy doing readings for people its interesting the things you can find out about them that way.
i mean surely you gave me stuff to go on which broadened the view of the cards meanings and helped put them into perspective.

but I knew nothing of TWO wise women which is a pleasant surprise. It just said a wise woman.
so its nice to know that things can still relate even if the cards sight can get a bit short and blurry.

Still for the most part they are on the dot which is why I trust my cards more than anything else when partaking in divination.

Can you believe I used to view the Magic 8 Ball as amazing????

Hahahaha I believe there are many many things that I dont understand or even comprehend in this world, and most likely never truly will. But I am quite certain that the Magic 8 Ball is a load of crap. You are very amusing Bree....But i am fascinated about all things wiccan and pyschic, so if whatever you feel free to share I would love to know about it all

Hahaha i dont mean to pick favourites, but I'm still unsure of how i feel about the space stuff. I dont think I would be all that shocked if these things were real but for now it is something I am very sceptictal about. In regards to Wicca and Psychics I think I more a sceptic of the person professing they have these skills and connections more than the existance of the connection for some people. The part about the government covering up the existance of aliens, UFO etc wouldnt surprise me at all! At this point in time I am more open to all things Wicca but that doesnt mean I am dismissing the claims of far-out-space stuff. The part that gets me curious is how you guys got into all this stuff.

I have sent Bree an email asking about it but it wouldnt bother me on the MB either. What lead you to believe and then study this stuff?

UPDATE:
Still heavily into Wiccan and magic but not sure if it is my "religion" persay.
I am still seeking and trying to find myself spiritually so this was more like in fun then serious.
I do respect Wiccans though and the powers of the elements and supernatural.
But without absolute proof I wont know what to ascribe to.
For now its like I am feeling my way through a dark cave with a flashlight that only turns on every so often and have to feel my way through.
Thats life, religion, and all of human nature and existence in a nutshell. LOL
No longer Wiccan but this post is still pretty relevant to my past dealings in Wicca so I will leave it up but revise it a bit.

I will tell you what I know.
There really isnt a whole lot to tell other than some people have the gift some people dont and some people are caught in between not really knowing how to facilitate it correctly.

I have the gift. So did my niece. She said she saw the angel of death and told my sister (her mom). Shortly after.. .she died in a car crash at 16 years old. My sister has never lived that down... the story of how Alexis claimed she saw death outside her house on the curb beckoning to her.

I get gut feelings that always come true as well and I have even seen things before and I dont mean in a paranoid delusional or seeing sh*t kind of way of seeing things.
not just in my sleep either but even when I am awake.
That may sound crazy but its mostly a woman thing as we have womens intuition which borders the psychic realm and phenomena.

Ive predicted three deaths in my lifetime.
One happened in the apartment I lived in with my ex years ago. I had a bad feeling and told my ex that someone was going to die.
The next week we saw them dragging a body in a body bag on a stretcher down the stairs and out the front door of the apartment complex. A man had been in his apartment that whole time dead of an overdose and the people were noticing a smell coming from under the door when they would pass bye. My ex looked at me all crazy and terrified and all I did was shrug. I felt it long before it happened.

Wiccan setup for an altar is complicated as theres a lot to go into that. Some people use runes (rocks with symbols in them) to do divination, others use sticks or animal bones (eww) and others use crystals for healing.

Did you know you can have a tarot deck to use made out of an ordinary deck of bicycle playing cards? The kings and queens and jacks are basically the major arcana (the queen of pentacles for example could be the queen of clubs). And the number cards and rest of the cards can be swords, cups, etc etc which is the (minor arcana).

The altar mainly consists of a female statue, a wand, a chalice, and a white candle on the left side of the altar to represent the goddess. A male statue with horns AKA the "horned god" (whom many uneducated people of this subject claim is Pan, Baphomet, the goat of mendes, or Satan and is Satanic but its not). The reason we use the Horned God which is simply a male with horns on his head is because The Horns on his head merely symbolizes the fertility of males as a phallic symbol and is the male aspect of reproduction and life giving properties to the baby that forms in the mother females womb)

Then there is a dagger (not sacrificial or for cutting people or sacrificing people as most uneducated crude people say) and its only for looks and symbolically for casting certain spells.

The Goddess is like a symbol for mother earth, fertility, love, hope, symbolic of the moon, fate, and all feminine things.
The God is symbolic of the hunt, power, sex/lust with copulation, the sun, the spirit, and strength. Its basically yin and yang... two halves to make one whole. Male and female to complete the cycle of life death and rebirth. Its a balance thing.

Then off to the side you have a cauldron for grinding and mixing herbs and brewing things (yes.. an actually cauldron and you DO mix and cook things in it lol) or some people call it a Pultice rather which has a small marble or wooden club shaped spoon that grinds the ingredients into the bowl/cauldron.

You have a small bowl filled with items from the earth outside, like a bird feather for air, sand for earth, a small bottle of sea water for water if you live by the ocean.
The candles you burn usually represent fire, earth, air, and water, even spirit which are color coded. Red for fire, blue for water, white for air, yellow for spirit, green for earth.

When you have all the elementals present (or corners or towers if you want to call it that) after lighting these candles and asking themselves to step forward into the circle and make themselves present... it makes the spells and connection to the God and Goddess so much stronger and more balanced and in harmony with nature.

You invoke the four elementals by calling to them at your altar and lighting the candles one at a time calling each element as you do. Then you light the large red and white candle invoking the God and Goddess. Once you feel all spirits are present you ask them things to bless you or cast your spells with them as your witnesses and guides and helping you with their strength for the spells.

A lot of people say wiccans or witches are bad, evil, sinners, against the Bible and God who says "suffer not a witch to live" and basically that sorcery is evil bad or wrong.
But magic can be black or white just as a normal person intentions can be good or evil.

If you use your magic for self gain or to help others gain and not to take away, punish, or harm, then you are using purely white magic.
Black magic is when you cast hexing rituals to harm others or bring them misfortune. This is why this is expressly forbidden in the Wiccan code: AND IT HARM NONE, DO WHAT THOUGH WILT and also the saying "BY THE POWER OF THREE TIMES THREE, SO LET IT BE." and "WHAT YOU SEND OUT COMES BACK THREEFOLD TO YOU."

This is a warning that whatever you cast can come back onto you as is the law of nature like the saying "what goes around comes around" and the Golden Rule of "do unto others as you would have them do to you."
As long as your spells are goodnatured and healthy to promote wellness of being and good things that will not harm anyone, the God and Goddess will protect you from harmful invading spirits or negative energies and bless your works.

If you seek to do harm it will work but it will come back on you three fold. If you send out love you get it back times three. If you send out hate and ill wishes... well... youll wish you hadnt because karma and the law of three can be a real biotch. LOL

Hope this helps you understand some of how Wiccan magick works. The tarot cards I have are simply blessed and consecrated to the God and Goddess and wrapped in a special cloth bag to keep them pure. Tarot cards absorb energy from all all around... people... things... spiritual and human vibes... so thats why the tarot reading is more stronger and more accurate when the one asking the question is present and touching the cards that are to be cut, dealt, and flipped over.

But I read about you and felt where you were coming from based on what you were wanting to know and in your belief and asking me I am positive the God and Goddess could guide the vibes to the cards and so in spirit you were here.

I think i might go and get a reading done here. But I was always worried about getting someone that just wanted money and didnt have a clue of what they were going on about. I dont think I have the gift or anything like that but of all the religious options you have out there I feel drawn to Wicca the most.
