Skins

BBC-America started airing the third season of Skins last night. Its like a very rude version of Degrassi :silly:

I kinda like it, although almost all of the characters are reprehensible.

Re: Skins

I think Simon likes that show, unless I'm mixing it up with something else.  Wish I had BBC America...  sad

What's bizarre about Skins (and also another show that BBC-America carries called Ashes to Ashes) is that they occasionally have subtitles. Both shows are English, and I can understand them without the distracting subtitles.

Yeah, this is the show I like. I've got a feeling that the US version has been edited. I know the Region 1 DVD's are. It wouldn't surprise me, if your versions have less nudity. I know Americans can be a bit funny with nudity, especially with young people, who are still teenagers.

Obviously, I must have been on holiday when this thread was made.

Re: Skins

I still don't think that there is a character on SKINS that is even remotely likable, with the possible exception of Thomas. All of the kids on the show are well fit, though. I especially find April Pearson very pretty.

Re: Skins

I actually went to school with one of the lead actor from the first two series; Nicholas Hoult.
