You don't want to know that, trust me ... :embarrassed: It was working fine for two years and certainly hundreds of DVDs and CDs. But then I had ONE damn weak moment and ruined everything ... :crying:

Re: Randomness

I know exactly what you mean without the necessity to say it.  I've wanted to bash Keith to bits so many times it kinda scares me.  But lately when he screws up, I just on the floor and cry.

Re: Randomness

Happy St. Nicholas Day! Okay, this is probably not something many non-Germans get, but on Dec 6 we have something we call "Nikolaustag" (St. Nicholas Day). St. Nicholas is said to be Nicholas of Myra, a saint and Bishop of Myra who lived from 270 to 346 AD and he's also known as a secret gift-giver. People would leave their shoes outside and he would put coins in them.

Let me copy the rest from wikipedia:

In Germany, Nikolaus is usually celebrated on a small scale. Many children put a boot called Nikolaus-Stiefel outside the front door on the night of December 5 to December 6. St. Nicholas fills the boot with gifts and sweets, and at the same time checks up on the children to see if they were good, polite and helpful the last year. If they were not, they will have a tree branch or birch (German word: Rute) in their boots instead. Sometimes a disguised Nikolaus also visits the children at school or in their homes and asks them if they have been good (sometimes ostensibly checking his golden book for their record), handing out presents on a per-behaviour basis. This has become more lenient in recent decades.

So... Happy St. Nicholas Day, everyone!

I'm sorry to hear about your friend.  You and he, as well as his family are in my thoughts! Is there anything we can do for you? Are you doing okay?

Re: Randomness

I've been missed? Really? lol I never thought it would happen, but life finally took over, and I just didn't get much chance to come on here. I've also been in discussions with a particular friend about joining creative forces. I'm currently in the process of writing a script which we plan to start shooting at the end of next year.

So what have I missed?

Re: Randomness

I sent out two job applications yesterday. Wish me luck, please.

Edit: I just noticed that the Thunderbird backup I made before I sent Cooper off isn't on the external hard disk I saved my files on ... but I REMEMBER saving it there! Oh God, hopefully it'll still be on Cooper when I get him back ... otherwise ALL my saved emails will be gone! sad

Hmmmm.  Yeah, I wonder.  Really one of the funniest things I've seen in a while, and definitely the coolest cop.  LOL!

I am in love with Jordan Catalano! Jared and Chris are the sexiest guys in my opinion!
How was the 30 Seconds To Mars concert? They're one of my favorite bands.  smile
