TeeJay, you can't watch anything on Ninjavideo when you have a chat screen open.

Good to know, but that's not really an issue for me. When I watch something, I usually do it on the laptop in the living room, which is set up in a way that I can't do anything else with it unless I stand next to the TV. I'm not a multitasker when it comes to TV and movies, I usually only lie on the couch to watch and don't do anything else at the same time.

Re: Huff

Hmmm, well, there might've just been an issue with that specific video, I guess.

Re: Huff

Actually, I think the site doesn't like it when you don't have the window with the video in the foreground. I tried to obscure the window on the laptop screen by putting a smaller window in front of it because it's kinda annoying if you have the video running both on the TV and on the laptop screen next to it, but the video wouldn't work if the browser window was in the background. So I ended up just propping my mousepad up in front of the laptop screen.

Re: Huff

For anyone interested, if you want the entire second season of Huff and you're willing to drop $21.75 including shipping, you can get a perfect quality bootleg on ioffer.com.  I love this show and was so disappointed when it was cancelled!  Had kind of forgotten about it till I read that Chris was in it, which I only vaguely recall (I know, I know, but it's been awhile, ok!) and decided to track it down.  Thought I'd share that the dvds are in fact out there...

Re: Huff

Hey, that's very cool!  Thanks for the tip.  I loved the show too.  It was really well-done.  The best stuff is definitely on HBO & Showtime.  And all the great summer shows are about to come back!  Can't wait!

Re: Huff

I want Huff season 2 on dvd but I'd rather wait for a real copy from a legit site like amazon or ebay instead of a bootleg copy.

Re: Huff

I'd prefer legit too, but from what I read, it doesn't seem like they have any intention of ever releasing it on dvd, so this seems to be the next-best option.

Re: Huff

My feeling is that it'll never happen.  If it was going to, it would've happened when people were still talking about the show.  I've got Chris's eps on tape, so I'm fine.

Re: Huff

I've seen clips of Chris in Huff from this site. I would like to have a copy at least on tape.

Re: Huff

I had a few Huff moments tonight because Soya and I watched "Love and Other Drugs" in the theater. It had both Hank Azaria and Oliver Platt in it. And Hank even played a doctor. Quite the trip down memory lane.

Re: Huff

Was the movie any good?  I kinda wanna see it, but I'll have to wait for Netflix.  So Soya's back in Germany now?

Re: Huff

Yes, Soya's been back in Germany since some time last year. She's got a job at university now, but it's a limited contract. I'm not sure if it was two or three years. I hope she finds something else in the area afterwards because it's surely nice to have her back in person.

The movie wasn't extraordinary or anything, but I liked it a lot. Then again, I had a bit of a personal stake in it. It's about a woman with early-onset Parkinson's. My company has a Parkinson's patch, so I probably know more about the indication than most people. The pharma industry plays a big part in the movie, though it's mostly about sales reps (which I don't know much about personally). I surely thought it was interesting to see, and I think a lot of what was in the movie about the pharma industry was actually true. It's set in 1996, and times were surely different back then.
