I know. Thats always how it goes, the object of your desire gets more beautiful as you lose them. I remember thinking he was uber weird looking as a kid actor now I am like damnnnnnnn.

Yeah, he was awkward as a kid, kinda. But as I've watched him grown into a gorgeous man over the years, I enjoy watching those kid roles and seeing how he was already such a cool, unique guy.

As I Strong Medicine fan, I'm sure you'll love this. TeeJay made it. We gave a copy of it to Chris for his Mom the first time we met him. She didn't get it then because he's a bit of a scatterbrain, but once we started talking to her, she got to see it online...

You have a LOT of catching up to do. HeeHee.

We've met with (and interviewed) Chris three times. We even had our own JoA "reunion" on a trip to LA that started with an invite from his mom. We met Michael Welch & Aaron Himelstein (as well as Mae Whitman) after a play they were in together, and went to dinner with Mike and his mom. Aaron was sick and just really wanted to go home. We met Becky Wahlstrom after seeing her in the Frank Zappa musical and interviewed her backstage. We met Amber Tamblyn in San Francisco after seeing her tell a story at the HUGE opening night of LitQuake. Then we spent a wonderful afternoon with Chris beginning with lunch and ending with a long, intimate interview.

We also say Fanboys in a private screening at the invite of its director, Kyle Newman. And we recorded background dialog for the TV show Bones as a guest of our friend Rick, who's friends with the sound editors because he's one himself. It was an amazing trip.

No, Frank has passed on. What we saw was the first ever staging of his rock opera, Joe's Garage. And Becky played Mary in it. One of the other stars, Ben Thomas, was so great in the show that Dweezil Zappa hired him to sing Frank's parts in his Zappa Plays Zappa band. It's all such great stuff.
