Nice!
22 weeks until Fanboys is released!
That sounds familiar ... I hope it's true this time.

I have no idea what Blue Harvest is (a band?), but I just noticed there some sort of Rush sticker on the dash. And Kyle was even wearing a Rush t-shirt during the shoot on one or two pictures. Is he into Rush for real?

Yea, Rush is all that Hutch will listen to in his van. It was originally going to be Journey, but the powers-that-be with Journey wouldn't let them use their music. So Rush was the alternate. I know Kyle was a big fan of their's too.
Whenever Return of the Jedi was being filmed, in order to keep a semi-low profile, they actually called the movie, "Blue Harvest". The crew actually wore Blue Harvest shirts , hats, etc.. in order to keep the public from flocking to their filming.

That's a great pic. And awesome Blue Harvest sticker! It's hard not to notice. Especially if you know the meaning of the sticker (which now you all do thanks to Chynst).
So 22 weeks that doesn't seem so bad even though it is.

Yeah, I knew about the Rush thing, Sean. But thanks for explaining it for all the others who might not have known. So Blue Harvest is a total SW in-joke, huh? That's hilarious. I love that. Shame that I probably won't catch a lot of those... but we're here to learn. I might actually see the movie in August, like I already said. I can't WAIT! And before I do, I will make sure to watch SW IV, V and VI again. I already acquired the original theater versions from a friend. You know, those that weren't digitally remastered. Gotta see the original product!

That's awesome that you are planning on coming to the states to watch the film! I'm sure it'll be a blast. Our costuming group is currently in the process of working on an event with one of the local theaters for the release. I know some other groups around the country are planning on doing so too. But our's should be extra cool because it'll be a lot of us who were actually in the movie wearing the actual costumes we wore, so I can't wait for that! (we were hoping we could've kept our Trekkie costumes-or is it Trekker? but no such luck.)
Hey Tina, make sure to watch the Star Wars Holiday Special too!

I just had this cool idea! (And, yes, it's Chris beneath the helmet.)

Well, I got hooked and turned it into an ad campaign. Now we just gotta figure out where to place them.

Well, I guess that Thumbs Up one should rather look like this for people to make the Fanboys connection:

Deb, these would totally rock the house if you were to go to another Fanboys con. We'd have to print some of them out on photo paper and you could hand them out to fans. Kyle and Chris would both plotz, I think. Actually, you should give a pile of them to Chris for him to pass them out to fans lining up for his autograph. "Here, look me up on their website, they have everything."

I LOVE that idea! We'll have to do that. Don't know if he'll cooperate with handing them out, but maybe he'd let me leave some on his part of the signing table for fans to just pick up on their own.

Yeah, and I think that scene is gonna have major tear-jerking potential. <sigh> I'm melting already.

That's actually an amalgamation of two scenes. Notice the different jackets Linus is wearing. I think the shot with the yellow-trimmed jacket is a scene before the raid on Skywalker Ranch. The brown hoodie shots are definitely from the scene after it's over (I've read it). And yes, for CM fans, it will evoke tears.

So they stay at the same place twice? I thought the warm jackets were when they were rehearsing and they took them off for the "real" shooting. Shows how much I know...

Well, based on what I've read, that's my interpretation of it. And we know there's at least two camping scenes because of the little joke about Windows and his lucky R2 toy. Sean? Any help here?
