HIGH School at Edinburgh Film Festival

Not sure if this is posted...

HIGH School has been selected for the uber-prestigious Edinburgh Film Festival, June 16-27. This is arguably one of the top film festivals in the world. I'd place it in the Top 10.

Really?  That's awesome, Larry.  Thanks for letting us know!  I hadn't really paid much attention to that fest before, but I don't know much about the international fests.

Yes, while Cannes is the one most people think of, there are other festivals that top the list for indie fans. #1 is probably Berlin. After that I usually mention Edinburgh and Venice as the overseas festivals I'd attend if and when I'd go to Europe.

Wouldn't that be awesome?  To go to a fest in Europe?  I bet TeeJay would like to go to the Berlin fest some day if there was something she really wanted to see.  Right?  Nothing much happens near me.  I've been to RIFF in Rome, Sidewalk in Birmingham, and OutFest here in the ATL.  That's about it.

Re: HIGH School at Edinburgh Film Festival

Oh, sure, I could go to the Berlin festival if I wanted to. But so far Chris's movies that played there were only for the Film Market, where you need to be an active member of the business to get in. I could even go to the Edinburgh one if I really wanted to. It's just 90 minutes by plane. Berlin is 4 or so hours by train. It's great news that HIGH School is coming to Edinburgh. Hope it's being well received there.
