I actually liked the Freaky Friday remake. And the original is one of my childhood favorites. Jodie Foster was the daughter and she was brilliant in the movie. And I really identified with her tomboy chracter.

Well, let's face it. V 2009 isn't all that great a show. I still like watching it, but if you ask me, Trauma or FlashForward would have deserved another season way more than V. I don't think I know either Marc Singer or Jane Badler, but I guess I'm gonna get to know them soon enough. New episodes in January, right?

I just got back from seeing Black Swan with Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis. It's INCREDIBLE. Go see it! It's not for the faint of heart though. Natalie Portman's performance is amazing.

I got confused with House because imdb lists the next episode for Dec 6, but I don't see that anywhere else.

It's scaring people away because so far they really haven't revealed anything much at all. So the ratings are tanking. I'm sad too because even though it's very cheesy and silly, it's fun.

Deb, you've seen Flight Plan, right? You know, the Jodie Foster movie... Matt Bomer was actually in it, but he only had a tiny role. So there's a chance you might have seen him. I had seen the movie when it was in the theater, but I didn't remember Matt at all, so I kinda doubt you will either. He played a flight attendant, and he barely has three lines. And when I rewatched it the other day on DVD, I actually thought of you because I know you love Jodie Foster.

PS: I think Mr. Bomer has just become my backup guy... *sigh*

Oh yeah, he's definitely among the rising people in the industry. I mean, he is pretty to look at (and apparently gay, not that it matters). I can see him becoming one of the more trendy actors of our time. Hope it doesn't corrupt him. Apparently, he's a nice guy. Heard that from someone who occasionally works as a stand-in on White Collar.

Yeah I started getting into White Collar myself. Who could not fall for Neal Caffrey Its nice to hear that he is starting to do well for himself. He does that part perfectly

Yeah, he's been on a few shows, but I hadn't seen him before White Collar. I'm actually currently watching something else he did before, a show called Traveler. I think it was an ABC mid-season replacement in 2007. Got cancelled after just eight episodes. Darn shame, because the show's really good. Reminds me a little bit of The Event (you know, minus the alien conspiracy part). They have a pretty good cast too (Bill Sadler, Anthony Ruivivar), and David Nutter's involved as well.

And, yep, Kate, truer words have not been spoken.
