Hello Everybody!

So it looks as though Chris starred in this short film posted on youtube today with Ari Graynor (who is amazing). It's called Dear Roommate and it's really cute!

Aw, that was sweet. Thanks for posting! Looks like it might have been shot around the time that Chris did Life During Wartime, judging by the length of his hair. Wish we had a hi-res version of it to grab proper screencaps. I'll put up a link on the front page later tonight.

Haha! My friend has an internship in LA and has been lucky enough to meet some really amazing people, and I'm lucky enough to get passed on all these goodies from him :0)

He wouldn't be able to get his hands on a hi-res version of it, would he? Wish we could contact the director, but there is no "message" feature on Twitter and I didn't find him on Facebook.

Oh, and I meant to add this: Finally Chris gets to have the girl and kiss her! :applause:

I can definitely ask! I'll let you know if there is anything he can do, though I'm not sure if he directly knows anyone associated with the production :0) And I could not agree more about getting to see Chris get the girl, it's been too long!

That little thing is so many kinds of awesome I don't even know where to begin! If I could download it, I could make at least halfway decent screencaps. The quality's not that bad. I don't think it was done around the time of the LDW shoot. That was in late 2008 and he was heavier then. He's really fit in this. His hair was still kinda long as recently as late 2009/early 2010, wasn't it? If I remember correctly. This should just be his romantic lead audition reel from now on. He's adorable in it and he hits all the right notes. How could anyone not see him in those roles???

Yeah, I'd say it was 2009 or 2010 shot. He was so much more fit than LDW. I'd be surprised if he didn't start getting some romantic leads within few years. <3 I was so proud of how good of a job he did. you people have me feeling like i know him. heh.

It is so very cute....I just adore him when he knocks on the wall to get her attention its just sooooooo cute they way he does it. I also like that it is a short film. I think if they had a bigger or longer production of it then it would feel drawn out. ohhhhhhhhhhhh sexy man! :drool:

I asked my friend if he was able to get his hands on a high res version but he said that the vid was sent to him from a friend who received it from a friend, and so on and so forth, can you say viral video? lol! He has no idea where to look or who to contact but he said he'd keep his eyes open.

I made 131 caps. They may be small, but they're cute as hell. They'll do until we can get something better. I'm editing them now and will start posting soon. Since they probably won't really be worthy of the gallery, I'll just post them in this thread.

Thanks for trying Ashley. If you hadn't found this and shared it with us this weekend, I don't know how I would've been able to get through it. I'm a news junkie and I can't stop myself from following the Arizona shooting coverage, but at least I had this little film and making caps as a refuge.
