So many photos for this film....any idea on a public release yet?? I may have missed that information but as far as I know, they have done the film festival circuit and I havent heard anything else

The makers are struggling with a stupid production company. After Sundance, they could've sold it immediately, but they turned down a bunch of offers out of greed, holding out for more. "Like" the movie's page on Facebook, you'll hear all about it. The filmmakers have started ripping the producers publicly for failing to make a deal after THREE FREAKING YEARS.

The HIGH School Facebook page has announced that the film will finally hit theaters on 4/20/12. Gosh, that's only 4 years after it was made and 3 years after it screened to much fanfare at Sundance. Perosnally, I'm in "I'll believe it when I see it" mode.

I thought I saw it listed in Dallas theaters yesterday, must have been a special screening only because it's not there today Sad I missed it. Hopefully it will get a nation wide release!
