I made a mintchocolate cake with cappuccino frosting to have with my kids. we had a fun day on mother's day

Past couple of days: not so much. I've been a bit insomniac and exhausted and pissy mood thanks to not getting to gym for weeks because of flu. so now I'm all out of whack. gym has brought positive things to my life in the past four months and suddenly I've gone without it too much... my kids go crazy when ever they see me sick or tired so you can imagine the days I've been having and how my house looks like right now. not even my thursday sauna had it's usual refreshing effect on me... *sigh*

On the upside: I saw my neighbor boy yesterday. my not so secret crush. dude looks like a lost Marquette and drives a crappy old car that has character. but he's cute and nice and yesterday he wore headphones around his neck... got me staring at his very kissable neck... yummy..

This is kind of weird for me, but ... I know I should be in wedding mood by now since my brother's wedding is coming up soon (June 1st), but I just watched this awesome new promo for True Blood's Season 4 and now I am ALL PUMPED FOR THE NEW SEASON even though Sookie and Bill are broken up and I want them to reconcile so bad! LOL

Yes. Ends next friday! My first complete year teaching done. I was hired in February of last year but I didn't really count it since it was just for 5 months of that particular school year.

Thats great Lindsey! I finished with exams May 5 and that whole week that was my only exam.
I cant wait for June 1st. One of my best friends from Texas is coming to Georgia to play at a club with his Indie rock band and my dad and I are going. They are also staying the night at my house.

In case you missed me, my laptop caught a nasty virus that forced me to stay offline for four days because I couldn't go to my parents's place until tonight. Laptop is stil infected which means I might lose everything that's saved on it, but I still have some hope.

Java bug? I bet that was harmless against the thing my laptop caught. I might lose everything and I mean EVERYTHING. Whichmeans a lot when it comes to me.

that sucks I'm constantly having some issues with my laptop too. Just after I started calling it Carmen, it developed a pissy queen latina personality. serves me right.

Maybe this is God's way of telling you not to name your computer. Although I like the idea of it. Maybe I should name my dell. If it crashes then I could get a MAC!
