Hi,
I am a massive, long term fan of Joan of Arcadia and am currently studying script writing at University. My current coursework assignment is to create a readers report on a script of my choice, I really have my heart set on using "Silence", the last episode of the first season however can't find it online. The only website I can seem to find that people suggest is TwixTV which has been taken down.
I thought I would take my chances and see if any fellow fans on here might happen to have the transcript and would be so amazing as to send it to me. You would be an absolute star!
Thank you to anyone that could give me any help on how to get hold of the script!
Thanks!!
Ruth

Sometimes being a pack rat comes in handy. Here's a transcript of the episode that I pulled off the TwizTV website years ago: http://www.chris-marquette.com/stuff/Jo … ilence.htm
As for the real shooting script, I don't know if you can get that anywhere anymore. There used to be a script store when you could buy some JoA scripts, but I don't remember the name or the URL.
Good luck with your assignment!

Ruth, be very aware that a transcript is NOT a script. It's just someone watching the show and transcribing the dialogue.
I do, however, have the real teleplays for Jump & The Gift if you're interested.

Oh, and by the way, Ruth. You're welcome. Is it normal these days that people don't even say thank you anymore? Or am I just fastidious?

Or your welcome either. Even older people who should know manners better.
