Just announced:

And for all our fans in South Carolina, we will be playing at the 2011 Myrtle Beach International Film Festival! Come to the beach, enjoy some cinema, and bring home some hermit crabs. As soon as we have more details on our screening dates, we'll let you know!

That's only a 6 hour drive for me. Depending on when it's happening, I might be able to make this one...

I'd love to be circling the film festivals, especially for short movies. Can't really catch them anywhere else. If I'll ever get to US, I wanna be able to go to at least one.

Yeah, it played in Myrtle Beach, SC last month and this month it's in DC.

Can't get over when he stands and salutes. That part made me squeal more than I'd like to admit

I've recently been in touch with Kyle Fisher, the producer of the movie, and there's no news about distribution of the film. It's always difficult with short films beyond the limited film festival run. However, he was kind enough to send me a few hi-res photos of Chris from the movie, which I'm allowed to share with you guys. (Thank you, Kyle!)

He also said working with Chris was great and that he's an incredibly talented actor. Yep, I second that.

I almost feel bad admitting it, but some of us have been incredibly lucky to be able to see the film. And what can I say, it's fantastic. They put together a beautiful, captivating and visually stunning piece of art. The cinematography was amazing, and Chris did a wonderful job, portraying the desolation and loneliness of that place out there in the freezing cold of Greenland.

It's rather sad that it's not available to a broader audience, and I really wish there was a way you could all see it. In the meantime, you can find the screencaps in our gallery. And Marvalus, you can now also see what was in that letter.
