The recaplets are hilarious! I am reading the one from "Vanity, thy name is human".
Oh, I forgot..."There is no popping". hehe

-- Season 1 Episode 2 (Fire and Wood) of Joan of Arcadia...he was looking for supplies underneath a street sweeper truck for Adam's art
What's your favorite thing he's done so far?

-- The whole show is my favorite scene!

My ancestors come from Germany (and England, Sweden, Denmark), so it is cool to see people from Germany on this message board. If anyone wants to e-mail me sometime and let me know what life is like in Germany, that would be cool. I try to read a lot about what Germany is like. I met a girl in driver's ed who was an exchange student from Germany. She was really nice.

Someone said something to me today and I answered "Unchallenged" without thinking.
One of the cool things, Deb, about Lily is that she looked so out of place living in Arcadia, Maryland. I wish they had explained why she lived in Arcadia. I have not decided on which one of the girls he dated are my favorite. My favorite actress was Sydney Tamia Portier. I really missed her when she was not in the second season.
It is too bad the show did not take Joan, Grace, etc on a field trip to Washington, D.C. Judith would still have had to be on the show, because she would have made the trip more fun. D.C. should be fairly close to Arcadia. God could have "popped" up as security guards, politicians, etc.
I hope everyone is feeling better!

I was at the NRA museum in Fairfax, VA earlier this week and I saw the light saber used by Luke Skywalker in the first Star Wars movie. It was behind glass (of course) and they would not let me hold it.
I am a casual Star Wars fan, but the movies are cool. I love Star Trek: TNG, too. I am a fan of Natalie Portman, so I like that she played Padme. Sometime I will have to go to a Star Wars convention. Those look like a blast.
Oh...and I still have two whole book shelves and a smaller book shelf filled with VHS tapes from my childhood and my parent's collection. heh
I have R2 D2 toys everywhere. Has anyone played the Lego Star Wars games? Those are fun.

Hiya,
I think that Kevin should have gone back sometime and asked Barbie (from the drive-thru in the second episode of the first season) out. She was cute and friendly and nice. I really liked Beth. That poor girl went through a lot.
Kevin had an interesting way of choosing girlfriends. Rebecca, Kevin's boss from the newspaper and Lilly, a former nun. I love that argument between them when they crashed their cars into each other in the second season. Especially how that argument lead to their date. Speaking of the date...I know Kevin went through a lot, but I wish he would have just enjoyed the date and not brought up all that stuff and causing Lilly to walk out. Arrgggh! I cannot complain much, though, since I did the same thing on a date once. Sometimes it is just a little too soon to get back in the game after a breakup. Live and learn, I guess.
Once I think some more about it, I'd like to post my thoughts on the whole clown thing on this show. Joan mentions that she is afraid of clowns and they appear in Helen's dreams/visions.
The flowers are blooming here today, we have digital cable now and I have a job interview on Monday, so I hope your day is going good, too!
