:rofl:  THAT'S IT!!!  It all makes sense now.

Yeah, and that guy's been dead for 25 years.  And I'm only 23.  Yeah, that's the ticket. tongue

Same here.  I can see his face, but can't remember a specific movie or co-star.

Anne's is cuter than the original phrase. smile

Christian Bale is great, but I loved Bana as Henry.  I think I thought the adaptation was weird, or maybe the direction.  And I did like it.  But I'd expected to LOVE it! smile

Thanks, Rick!  And thanks for trying, Shell.  I could barely make out her initials.  My parents used to love her late first husband, Ernie Kovacs, and they loved her too.

Wow.  That was the best In Memorium ever.  We've lost so many wonderful, amazing people this year.

Just got a chance to watch it, finally!  Wow!  I already knew we'd lost a lot of great people, but that really puts it into stark relief.  So sad.  If you missed it:

I missed the first person.  Who was that lady before Gale Storm?

Have a safe trip!  You don't want to get stuck behind any motorcades anyway.

Sammy #1 would be more ironic.  He could've gotten it from Heidi. tongue:/

That's great!  There used to be an All-Beatles radio station in Houston.  It didn't last long, but I had it tuned in in my car all the time.  I never get tired of those songs either.

Ah, cool.  I'm just glad they got to wrap up most of the loose ends.  At least it wasn't left with one of Satan's minions menacing the town, for instance.;)  Too bad the Commander didn't make it.  But at least they'll always have the binoculars and the non-stick sandwich maker.

He really grew!

EDIT:  looked almost like they took him to the airport on Friedman's Razor! tongue

Love that clip!  It's nice that they gave it a little bit of closure anyway.  Did they have a different kid playing Sam in the second season?  I didn't see much of season 2.  One of these days I'll have to have myself an OR marathon!

What did they say at the end about diapers?

#441 Re: All About Chris » 6 Degrees of Chris » 18 Sep 09 :: 18:51

SHOOT!!! :doh:  Forgot about "Rambling Rose".

#442 Re: Square Eyes » October Road » 18 Sep 09 :: 17:55

Hee!  So cute.  I really like that one.  Those DVDs were really inspirational.

Whoa!  If it'd stop me from hating Anne Heche, that'd be some show.  It's just that (clears throat, rubs nose) her voice drives me crazy! tongue

#445 Re: All About Chris » 6 Degrees of Chris » 18 Sep 09 :: 01:25

D'oh!  That would've saved me a degree.

#446 Re: Chris On Screen » Life During Wartime (STRONG LANGUAGE - ADULT CONTENT) » 18 Sep 09 :: 00:38

I think Jane Adams is great.  I'm glad she's in something new that's not as, shall we say, challenging as "Beautiful Children" and "Happiness".  I'm sorry I got us off topic today, too.  I'd rather speculate about Thomas Jane's fictional crotch all day than think about raped children.

Tony Randall was on "Love, Sidney" with Swoosie Kurtz

Have we done Miranda Richardson?

He could get himself one of those Markie Mark prosthetics. big_smile

EDIT:  And I'M not complaining that we don't see "it".  I was just amused that this woman was so peeved by it that she fired off a letter to TVGuide.

#449 Re: Chris On Screen » Life During Wartime (STRONG LANGUAGE - ADULT CONTENT) » 17 Sep 09 :: 20:19

Again because it isn't dangling off of Harvey Keitel. big_smile

#450 Re: Chris On Screen » Life During Wartime (STRONG LANGUAGE - ADULT CONTENT) » 17 Sep 09 :: 20:18

Someone wrote a letter to TVGuide complaining that the show is called "Hung" and she never gets to see what the title refers to. :rofl:  She said (correctly) that if the show were called "Rack", we'd see it constantly!
