Larry, you are TAKING this personally. And it's very childish. I have never said a word to you that could be considered personal. And I think anyone reading these silly arguments would agree. I am not attacking you, deriding you, doubting you or anything else. This is and has always been about TWC. If I have to say that one more time I think I am going to scream. Can we drop this already? It's getting very annoying. If not, please take in to private email. We don't like arguing on our boards. This is not IMDb.
And yeah, bottom line, I trust my sources a hell of a lot more than I will ever trust anyone at TWC. I would suggest you might want to give them a follow-up call and re-confirm the date if it's so important to you. As you know, in Hollywood anything can change on a dime. And that may be what has happened. Something changed.
Edited to add that I just got word that an announcement will likely be made this week. So we can end this once and for all.
Well, I am looking forward to seeing the film (more and more actually) whenever it may come out, and Deb (as you know) I have always trusted you as my source of information re: all things Marquette, as you are in a position to know what you do.
Yeah, let's all wait and see if we get news this week. I've got my fingers and toes crossed.
I hope you do and that it is the news you want to hear. You have my interested in seeing this film, Deb, and also I want to thank you for the FanBoys add on MySpace. I am happy to support the film!
DANG!
Nice ...
I "know" Deb from IMDb.com and its "Alpha Dog" message board.
She and I have fought the good fight, over there, as they say ...
Guys, if only EMILE HIRSCH did for HIS Fans, what Christopher does for you Guys, then ... well, just imagine the rest, eh?
This kind of stuff is wonderful to read and enjoy, I have to tell you ...
Oh, by the way: I just saw "Alpha Dog" for the 3rd time, and I think Chris' turn in that movie was just terrific!
He's such a naturally funny Guy and a great comedic actour.
You know how some People are just born funny and others have to try and be taught how to be that way?
Well, Chris is just born funny and appears to be a great improviser, as well.
Plus, he's CHARISMATIC in interviews and I cannot tell you how much THAT registers with the Fans!
Emile's pretty darned laid back and oftentimes, he can appear almost .... well ... DISinterested, dare I say it?
Mister Marquette is delightfully verbose!
Dang, but you Guys are so lucky ...
Deb, feel free to keep in touch with me, over in IMDb.com -- I really, time wise, think it's best if I hang out o'er there, TROLLS be damned, you know?
Tee Jay, your English ability and acumen is ABSOLUTELY superlative.
I cannot tell if you are a Native American or otherwise.
OK, put it this-a-way: You know MY Native Language better than many of my Compatriots!
-- Abbie, aka The Abster, Abs, or whatever y'all want to call me but, be nice!
(Abbie, I removed the quote from this post because it's not necessary. - Deb)
Well, to all TALKERS-in-Movie, I have nil prob-lem-o just telling them allll off in noooo uncertain terms!
People with no movie manners are my Pet Peeves, right there.
First of all, may I just state that I don't know how often I will able to come here, because my time is stretched so THINLY, in Cyberspace as it is, not owning my own computer, but, I will try to visit about once or twice a week ...
Also, Tee-Jay speaks and writes English phenominally well, for it not being her Mother Tongue!
Europeans are so cosmopolitan, I have to tell you.
I just saw AD for the second time, and I STILL cannot find my Emile in the home videos Montage. :(
Anyone have any clue as to where he might be, please?
I think IllinoisGuy1 should go to see the Flick in a theatre ... I really do!
NOTHING like going to see something all blown up in 35mm ...
