Thanks, Samsy-Marie, for info on the DK episodes of ER.  I'll have to look for those.

You're welcome, shrams.

I had a quick look on my new AG DVD last night before I went to bed.
Tina, you're nuts. When I unpacked the package and saw the DVD I almost thought you bought a second copy. Woohoo! The inlay you made for the case just rocks!!! And guys, it was so great to be finally able to watch my favorite performance in good sound and picture quality! I watched that Making of special, which was kind of okay and afterwards I watched my two favorite scenes of the movie. Now guess which ones! LOL

#7053 Re: Chris On Screen » Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT) » 04 Nov 06 :: 00:29

Thanks. smile
Ha, I know that my English is better than his. I at least know how to write it. big_smile

#7054 Re: Chris On Screen » Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT) » 04 Nov 06 :: 00:11

I would butt in too, if I could, but I fear my English knowledge is not good enough ... I mean, I know I'm pretty good at English, but I can't just go there and say: "Hey, go back to school and learn how to write right.", because I'm not perfect at English either.

#7055 Re: Chris On Screen » ER And An Educated Guess... » 04 Nov 06 :: 00:04

We have that movie on DVD. I'll check out. I thought Drew was the name of this other guy, but I can't remember right now. Let me check out tomorrow or so.

#7056 Re: Chris On Screen » Kyle Newman's Revenge of the Nerds (Remake) - CANCELED » 04 Nov 06 :: 00:03

Of course I don't think that. Maybe I just misunderstood the sentence you wrote about that. My English is still in process to get perfect. wink

#7057 Re: Chris On Screen » Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT) » 03 Nov 06 :: 23:59

Dude, this guy should go back to high school and learn how to write right. My eyes hurt when I read that. roll

#7058 Re: Chris On Screen » Kyle Newman's Revenge of the Nerds (Remake) - CANCELED » 03 Nov 06 :: 23:46

Well, there was a link that said "enlarge pic" or something like that. Oh well ...

He really does! Now that you said that, it does make sense. LOL
It's a shame that we can't see the larger version. But it's only for members, so ... roll

Wow. Didn't recognize him when I started watching Medium.

I just mailed you back.
Yeah, the outfit was actually the reason why I wanted to see the bigger version. LOL

And here's the pic:

I uploaded it to my picture account, because I wasn't sure if I could upload it to the gallery.

#7063 Re: Chris On Screen » Kyle Newman's Revenge of the Nerds (Remake) - CANCELED » 03 Nov 06 :: 23:06

Um, yeah, there was a pic. But like I said, it was only small and to see the bigger version you need to be a member. I guess, because of that I hate the website too. LOL

That's because he apparently doesn't know how to do his research.  If he had to mention TV work, I wish he had said, "Joan Of Arcadia" and "Strong Medicine".  I hate when they mention Pasadena because it's such a crap show, only lasted a few weeks before it was cancelled and his role was very insignificant.  Mentioning it proves two things: 1) this guy has no clue who Chris is & 2) he never saw Pasadena.

I actually thought the same! I was like, hey, why did he mention Pasadena, does anybody even know that show? I mean, I remember last year that it was on TV here and when I heard that Chris was in it, I watched one episode, but it was so crappy that I stopped. I don't have to watch it just because of Chris. He isn't even in every episode and, to be honest, I disliked his character. (Hey, no offense! wink )
Yeah, you're right, he should at least have mentioned Strong Medicine. This guy has indeed no idea who Chris is. Which is sad, because if he would know, he would be aware that exeptional talent Chris has. smile

I tried to post a comment, but it seems that you have to be a registered user to be able to post there.Or maybe it was me, because I saw that they had a pic and of course I wanted to see the enlarged version and then suddenly I couldn't get back to the article without that registration page coming up. Stupid me. LOL big_smile

Oh, and Tina's package arrived here today! Can I just say that I was VERY exited about that? LOL Finally my autograph is here. It's now framed in an all-new frame and is waiting to be hung tomorrow. The package also included the Dorquette shirt (Wow!), the Fanboys Shirt (WOW!!!), the Fanboys calendar (that would be the Double-WOW!!!LOL) and two of those stickers from Sean.
Sean: those stickers rock! Thank you. Unfortunately I don't have a car but I hope I'll find a good place for at least one of the stickers.

That kinda reminds me of the ER episodes where David Krumholtz played that psychotic killer (which I still need to see ...).

Really?  I've got to look for that!

Well, he appeared in three episodes a couple of years ago. That's from imdb:
"ER" .... Paul Sobriki (3 episodes, 2000-2002)
    - Beyond Repair (2002) TV Episode .... Paul Sobriki (Season 8)
    - All in the Family (2000) TV Episode .... Paul Sobriki (Season 6)
    - Be Still My Heart (2000) TV Episode .... Paul Sobriki (Season 6)

I think in Season 6 he stabbed Dr. Carter and his girlfriend and the girlfriend dies later, but at the moment I can't remember right. A couple of months ago they were showing reruns of Season 6 here and I waited for these episodes to come but they cut them out because they were showing it at 4pm and said that was "too early" because "maybe" there are children who could watch it or something like this. So I still need to see those episodes.
And then he returns at some point in Season 8 and Carter is, well, not amused.
But do you know what's funny? The episode before "Be Still My Heart" is "Abby Road" and now guess who was in this episode? Right, it was Chris. LOL

#7066 Re: Chris On Screen » Kyle Newman's Revenge of the Nerds (Remake) - CANCELED » 03 Nov 06 :: 19:45

Yeah, and it's kinda weird that he didn't mention any of Chris's movies, like Girl next Door or at least Just Friends. He only mentioned TV stuff.

#7068 Re: Chris On Screen » Kyle Newman's Revenge of the Nerds (Remake) - CANCELED » 03 Nov 06 :: 11:09

Wow, 2006 is not even finished and I already hope 2008 will come soon. LOL
Well, I have no idea what will be in 2008. I hope I will have a job then, so maybe there is a chance to see that movie then. Otherwise I'll just wait until it comes out on DVD.

Oh well, that's the sound of future...

#7069 Re: Chris On Screen » Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT) » 03 Nov 06 :: 11:04

The only thing that sucks is that I might have to watch it in German, because I don't think I'll understand much from the movie. LOL At least I can look forward to "Drastic Chris". Which I do, of course. See, that's the reason why I put that AD pic in my wallpaper. wink

#7070 Re: Chris On Screen » ER And An Educated Guess... » 03 Nov 06 :: 09:56

Baffling personality changes? That kinda reminds me of the ER episodes where David Krumholtz played that psychotic killer (which I still need to see ...). But yeah, would have been cool to see Chris on ER again.

Cool. LOL Yeah, that's one of the funniest pic of The 4000. big_smile I also wondered if it's part of the movie or "just Chris".

Interesting review. From the parts I could understand it sounds very impressive and thrilling.

#7074 Re: Chris On Screen » Kyle Newman's Revenge of the Nerds (Remake) - CANCELED » 03 Nov 06 :: 00:13

Yeah, sue them. It's their own fault if they only see the money.

The Stuttgart University is ugly too. In fact, the whole city is ugly. LOL
But yeah, they knew what the movie was going to be like and they have nothing better to do as cancel it FOUR days before shooting starts? Hello? Couldn't they say that EARLIER??? yikes
