I just looked it up. The show was called "Love & War" and Susan Dey was replaced by (of all people) Annie Potts. I liked it, but Susan Dey isn't funny. I think her "LA Law" role was perfect for her. She seems inclined to take herself a bit too seriously.
Oh, she was once in a series with Jay Thomas. It lasted less than a season and I can't remember the name of it. I think she was replaced early on but it was too late to save the show.
I'll have to think about Ricky.
Thanks, everybody! And thanks for being first, TeeJay!!! I had a nice one this year. Thanks for all the good wishes!
And happy 27th to you-know-who!!!
 D'oh! I just thought of a way you can do this one in one degree.
Sorry, Rick. I didn't pick Veronica for this very reason:
Veronica Cartwright was in "The Witches of Eastwick" with Jack Nicholson
who was in "Goin' South" with Mary Steenburgen
who was in "Joan of Arcadia" with...
Susan Dey?

Not only that, but after June it says JASON.
I like Mickey (and Andy, too, though he IS an old grouch!). I was trying to remember. I know he was on ER years ago, but I can't remember which cast member he worked with. I'm pretty sure it was before Maura Tierney was on the show. But I finally remembered another way to get there:
Mickey Rooney was in "Bill" with Dennis Quaid
who was in "Cold Creek Manor" with Sharon Stone
who was in "Alpha Dog" with...
Angela Cartright?
What a sport! Because you know who else was in Cuckoo's Nest.
And, speaking of old coots named Rooney, I heard that Andy is retiring. And he's only 92! Lazybones!
He does! I think what worked for him in this case was playing Ted Danson's son in "Cousins". I could be wrong, but it seems like several "Cheers" alums and other Friends of Ted floated through Arcadia.
Hooray! Jackie Cooper worked in a bigger variety of stuff than Jackie Coogan. I think he was even a Columbo extra-special guest villain once.
Jackie Cooper was in "Superman" with Christopher Reeve
who was in "Above Suspicion" with Joe Mantegna
who was on "Criminal Minds" with...
Heather O'Rourke
Thanks for being nice and not heading straight for "West Side Story", Rick!
Uncle Fester guest-starred on "McMillan & Wife" with Susan Saint James
who was on "Kate & Allie" with Fred Koehler
who was on "Joan of Arcadia" with...
Fester's grandson Keith Coogan guest-starred on JoA as the city's publicity director.
Tatum O'Neal
Brandon De Wilde was in "Shane" with Van Heflin
who was in "Airport" with Burt Lancaster
who was in "Atlantic City" with Susan Sarandon
who was in "The Banger Sisters" with Eva Amurri
who was in "The Education of Charlie Banks" with...
Natalie Wood
EDIT:  That's only one degree!
You're making that one up, aren't you? I can't get any of these lately! :clueless:
I love Nickelback. I wasn't all that wild about the last album, though. I'm glad to hear that this one has at least one great song on it.
I don't know who he is, either. :-( Sorry. Poindexter looks a whole lot like Robby "Cousin Oliver" Rist. Surely I get multitudinous points for know who Robby Rist is? ;-)
That's hilarious! I thought the Beckhams were my favorite until I saw Gwen Stefani. And then they got better from there. It's nice to see a little meat on those Olsen bones for a change.
Rodney Allen Rippy was in "Blazing Saddles" with Harvey Korman
who was on the Carol Burnett Show with Paul Sand
who was on Joan of Arcadia with...
Jerry Mathers?
Scott Jacoby was in "The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane" with Martin Sheen
who is in "The Double" with...
Hayley Mills?
Johnny Whitaker was in "Napoleon & Samantha" with Jodie Foster
who was (DECADES, but only 1 degree, later) in "The Brave One" with Mary Steenburgen
who was in "Joan of Arcadia" with...
How about Eve Plumb without using "The Brady Bunch"?
Was there an episode of "The Waltons" once where "Ronny" Howard played a kid dying of leukemia and his dad pulled him out of school to come and play with his band? Can't remember who played the dad.
That is bizarre! I thought for a second that someone had looked at their calendar wrong, since October 28 is a Friday. But I've looked in several places including Moviefone and they all say the release date is now September 28. I hope they're not just throwing it away.
Why have they pushed the release back 5 days? Why release a movie on a Wednesday?
Do you not know what happened to him?
I noticed that if I rolled the mouse over it that it showed the name of that series. But by then I'd already looked him up. Poor kid!
Yick! I hope Gere and Sheen don't have green hair in the actual movie. Or, if they do, that Dean Stockwell shows up in there.
I think we have Citrix.
