What do you mean the "main" categories? This is what I consider the main category with my pick in bold ';)
Outstanding Animated Program
Alien Earths
Disney Prep & Landing
The Ricky Gervais Show • Knob At Night
The Simpsons • Once Upon A Time In Springfield
South Park • 200/201
I find it interesting that you guys spent more time thinking about this character in the last 2 days, than I think the writers did in the first place. I always thought her name should have been "Plot Device".
It becomes even more frustrating when you see how well done the episode was. The acting is incredible, the dialog is wonderful. Too bad it was used on this dumb manipulation, instead of the unique insights the show usually tried for.
With time, I have grown to wish the people behind the show had given up on trying to get the series renewed. The desperation was clear, and it resulted it shows which feel like they are from another series. Instead of "Trial and Error" and the devil stories at the end, I wish they had just found a way to end the series. To create episodes which would suggest the futures these wonderful characters would have. It could have been a beautiful send off.
Not sure where this would go, so i'll put it here. I'm not doing anything of much interest these days, (2 interesting things fell through) I have begun an animated show for Nick(which is supposed to start airing in the fall), and I have been doing some short animated films for the internet here are the links if anyone is interested:

And Ricky Gervais was picked up for season 2, so that is in my future.
Bonnie Franklin was in One day at a Time with Mckensie Phillips
who was in American Graffiti with Richard Drefuss
qho was in W. with Josh Brolin
who was in Milk with Emile Hirsch
who was in The Girl Next Door with....
Dominic West
My son went to school with Hayley when they were little. She was always a nice girl, who was picked on by the other girls because of her weight.
So, I hope it is a great show, and a big success.
It seemed to me more like one of the attempts at improving the ratings. Why they thought this would improve rating, I have no idea.
But that said, I actually thought they were pretty good, and I didn't mind them being there.
Peter Sellers was Casino Royale with Woody allen
who was in A midsummers Night Sex Comedy with Mary Steenbergen
who was in JOA with....
Charles Boyer
There is probably a better way but
John Heard was in After Hours with Linda Fiorintino
who was in Men in Black with Tony Shaloub
who was in the Tic Code with....
Mark Hamill
(ed: just realised how easy that is, oh well)
I finally remembered where I knew her from
Lisa Jane Persky was in The Great Santini with Robert Duvall
who was in Four Christmases with Mary Steenbergen
who was in JOA with...
Raquel Welch
True, it does fit the tone of the movie.
Have you guys seen Chris's head shot which is on the Life During Wartime site
http://www.wercwerkworks.com/projects/lifeduringwartime
It is in the cast pictures at the top of the page. At first glance my thought was "what a creepy headshot", then I looked again, and saw a vulnerability that was pretty interesting. Now I'm not sure what I think.
Just reading what the story is, it seems like the natural part. The older exorcist who teaches the young one.
It looks like it could be really interesting, if they avoid the most of the supernatural stuff. Sounds like the book is meant in part to dispel the hollywood exorcism stuff, and a movie about what exorcism is really all about would be pretty fasinating. But I assume a hollywood film will require scary stuff, so I'm not getting my hopes up for a serious film. My guess is that Chris's character will be a San Jose California character. (although a possessed person seems very possible), not sure what I think about Hopkins playing an italian.
Best known for a tango... Hooya!
and a current cable tv show set in miami.
A beautiful thing to see
Keith Moon used to twirl his sticks between beats on really fast songs. This guy is funny but keith Moon was stunning
Arlene Dahl was in Kisses for My President with Polly Bergen (How did I think of that???)
who was in Cape Fear with Telly Sevalas
who was in Kellys Heroes with Harry Dean Stanton
who was in Alpha Dog with....
Gabrielle Anwar
You completely got me with an old school one. I had to cheat, and she was married to fernando Lamas!!!
For Carol and anyone else who remembers the Jim Hutton Ellery Queen series, they are FINALLY putting it out on DVD this September, and they are including the pilot movie, which I saw once in 1975. So, I am really happy, I know what I'm asking for for christmas.
I don't think we have done him before, and maybe there is an easy way I don't know about, but here is what I got:
David Krumholtz was in Slums of Beverly Hills with Alan Arkin
who was in Little Miss Sunshine with Paul Dano
who was in the Girl Next door with....
Cathy Moriarty
I had to cheat again, but there is a one person link if only I had know this kids credits.
Knew it was coming, but still seriously bummed. I loved the guy.
It is amazing how many shows do the cliffhanger ending when they are in danger of being cancelled (remember JOA did it too). I guess they hope the network will want to find out what happens. I can't think of a single time it worked, but they keep trying (for example Mercy this year)
if it isn't suicide, then it is really weird.
I had cheated too
