It's finally happening! I just got confirmation that the Fanboys reshoots are underway in LA as of yesterday! This info is from a 100% reliable source. And it's the best news I've heard in months.

One of my Myspace friends(From Washington) just posted this bulletin:

"Um yeah...one of the producers called me this evening to let me know they are filming this weekend.

Well luckily I don't have to miss very much work and I got a flight and can stay with Crystal!

Hopefully I'll get to do something cool and not just be some nerd in the background. Apparently the scene I'll be in is in a theater for the Episode 1 premiere."

I asked him to write me back when he gets a chance and fill me in on how it goes.
The Episode 1 premiere was one of the scenes they filmed here, so it sounds like they are adding a few more scenes, possibly inside the theater, to it.

Because neither Chris or Tisha mentioned the reshoots when they wrote in this week, I emailed Tisha last night to ask if he was involved in these new scenes. Here's what she said:

What he meant by not being involved was in any new projects, he has been filming all week for Fanboys reshootsl Tisha

Double confirmation! Woohoo! Our little Linus Action Figure is back in full gear.

Somebody on IMDb posted that Chris and Sam look so much heavier than in the 2006 pics it's going to be noticeable in the movie. I don't think so. Do you guys?

Actually, I think it will be. Chris looks somehow a lot different, but that might also be because he's squinting so much in the picture. People who might not know that they filmed additional scenes might not notice, but I think those who do know will spot them easily. I'm pretty sure I will, but then I know way more about the movie than the next guy.

The only difference I see is the curly hair on top of his head. And it shocks me that they let him keep it. Looking at this new pic side by side with Little Laminated Linus (where he's wearing the exact same clothes), I see no difference in his weight. Certainly not the 15-20 lbs this IMDb person is claiming. That's just ridiculous.
