Somebody changed the status on IMDb from Post-Production to Completed. But that's gotta be hooey. Even if the reshoots are done, there's still post-production work that will need doing. Namely, editing all that new footage in with what they already had! God, this movie is irritating the hell out of me.

I don't wanna join the Ultimate SW Universe on MySpace. I looked at their page and couldn't find anything about the Fanboys movie. But then, the page is very cluttered and annoying, so I didn't look very closely. Anyone got an idea what this is about? I don't wanna go and message the Fanboys MySpace guy(s) since I've done so a few times before and I never got an answer. (And btw, George is, I think, not George Lucas but the guy behind the Ultimate SW MySpace page.)

Is this just a cheap "trick" to get that page to add more MySpace friends? Did he post a bulletin about the movie that you can only read as a MS friend?

Good news first, here is another picture of Kristen Bell in the Leia Gold Bikini Slave Outfit. The bad news? The movie has been pushed back another few months.
I have contacted the Weinsteins for comment and they have yet not responded regarding the postponed release date but from what we have been told it appears that Fanboys may not be getting to movie theaters until sometime in the Spring.

Nope. Not news at all. You know what's going to be interesting? We're going to end up having a LOT of photographic evidence of things that are probably going to end up cut from the movie if our theory of what the reshoots are about turns out to be true. And personally, I'm so angry about all this crap that once the movie is finally released --- especially if the changes are to its detriment --- I think we should spread it all over the 'net. :angry:

At this point, honestly, I don't think we'll find out that Linus is not dying (if that's the case) only in a few months when they actually start promoting the movie officially, releasing more info about the finished product. I don't think anyone official is inclined to let this seep out to the public. And I can't see either Kyle or Chris talking to us about it before it's officially released.

Nope, definitely not. But word will get out. Probably someone like AICN will break it. Those guys love to ruin films with bad word of mouth. Makes them feel powerful. When the guys who saw the rough cut and raved about it in reviews find out what they're (possibly) doing, they'll ravage it.
