Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

Guys, we're thinking about hitting Chris with another barrage of questions in the near future (if he's willing to answer them for us), so if you've ever wanted to ask him a question, this is your time to post it and maybe even have it answered by him.

Of course we've collected the ones already posted in this thread, so you don't need to repost anything that's already here.

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

Unfortunately I have no new questions, just the one about the audiobooks. But I guess it's not THAT important.
Although ... I'd like to know if he is as pissed off as we are because it takes ages until his movies come out. roll

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

This is from waannief on IMDb, who apparently lost her log in info to the MB...

My question for Chris:

Would he ever date a fan?
and
Is he one of those guys that likes a little meat on his woman's bones or does he like 'em model-ish?

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

Did you see the other posts on IMBd?  Let's not talk about this publicly.  I just posted something that I hope will diffuse the situation.  If not, I'm afraid this might get out of hand pretty quick.

She's crazy and obsessed and the answer to that question is none of her business. I wonder what Chris would do if he ever saw her. She would probably scare him off right away.

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

I don't wanna post what I'd really like to say, but let me just quickly tell you this. This waannief person went by the username #1AndOnlyMrs.Marquette on our board. Here's what she's posted so far:

http://www.chris-marquette.com/forum/vi … 158#p24158

http://www.chris-marquette.com/forum/vi … 155#p24155

http://www.chris-marquette.com/forum/vi … 249#p24249

http://www.chris-marquette.com/forum/vi … 165#p24165

I think the first and second posts are kinda telling... And that's all I'm gonna say.

It seems innocent enough to be kinda curious about those questions. But um, she can't have really meant for you to ask them? That's out there.

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

It sounded like she seriously wanted to know the answers to those questions. Deb was very matter-of-fact about it on IMDb, and this girl and her sister took offense at Deb saying that it's quite unlikely he'd date someone who lived outside of the greater LA area and wasn't close to his own age. To the effect that she and her sister sent us e-mails via the website about being rude. hmm

Maybe it was just a misunderstanding. We didn't mean to offend anyone. I think it's safe to say any one of us has had her little daydream about dating Chris, but, seriously, will that ever happen? What do you think?

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

I don't think we should talk about this on a public message board guys.  I don't want to make her feel ridiculed and ganged-up on.  My whole point in all of this is that it's fine to have your soft little romantic daydreams about your favorite actor, but when you start thinking you have a snowball's chance in hell of snagging him as your boyfriend and, ack, having his "beautiful babies", we got a problem.

I just read the emails and checked the IMDB board, I think Deb did nothing wrong. Those girls just overreacted. Let's not talk about that anymore.

I agree with Anne. I really think we should stop talking about it and forget about those girls.

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

I just got this idea for a question. I know I am too late now, but it just hit me on the train back home from the theater.
Did we or someone else ever asked him if he liked working with Amber (I guess he did) and if he would like to work with her again? I mean, we are all pretty big Amber fans too and that is one question I would like to ask her too. Maybe we can include this in the next question letter?

It's not like we've sent him our latest questions yet. So we can still include that question.

Ah, right, you didn't send that. I was re-reading the word file, so I thought you already sent it. Sorry. Are you okay with that question(s)?

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

They're still friends so I'm sure he liked working with her.  He did skip out on his own premiere of The Invisible to go to her premiere for Stephanie Daley.  I don't have a problem with us asking the question, but the answer seems obvious.  If it were me, I think I would ask if he thought they had chemistry together, because from our perspective it sure seemed like they did.  I wish there was sone way to phrase it so we could get him to talk about all the stuff between them that wasn't scripted --- the looks, the touches, things they added themselves because they understood those characters so well.

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

Yeah, I know the answer is obvious, but I didn't want to ask THAT precisely. I think "chemistry" is a little too much.

Re: Questions For Chris (and Sean)...

How about something like this?

You once said in a Joan of Arcadia interview that it was weird to kiss Amber Tamblyn on screen but that you got used to it. We very much felt there was great on-screen chemistry between you two and that a lot of it was unscripted. Is that actually true? Would you like to work with Amber again if you could?

(The interview I'm referring to can be found here: http://starrymag.com/content.asp?ID=56& … INTERVIEWS)
