Yeah, I'm looking at this with a laughing and a crying eye. But even though I wouldn't have been able to go this year, I think I would have preferred that the movie runs there. Would have given it some publicity and we might even have gotten some reviews and maybe some Chris photos/interviews. If he was gonna go. He might still be going for the festival, Tisha said he loves Toronto.

It says New Zealand release Mar '09, UK release 17-Oct-08. That's the date that I found online somewhere a while ago that Kyle said was bogus. Maybe it wasn't. Will be tough for me to go to the UK around that time. I have another business trip planned for October, so I don't know if I can squeeze in a trip to the UK. We'll see. Here's a thought: Anne and I could fly to London in the morning, watch the movie early afternoon and go back home in the evening.

You know, if the movie does indeed show in the UK in October, I might do something halfway crazy and catch an early morning flight out on Saturday, stay with my friends in Banbury, watch the movie on Saturday and fly back Sunday night. How's that for Chris dedication? And you'll, of course, get a full report from me as well. But before I make any arrangements, I'll have to know for sure that it will actually air in the UK in October.

I just got a glimpse of the European poster and it's pretty damn cool! For the first time, our man is the focus of a movie poster, front and center, the hero. The trouble is, this thing is tiny. I'm trying to get a bigger version that I can post for you guys. Hang in there. It's hard to tell because it's so small, but it looks like it's gonna be worth the wait...

Might be a while until we see a bigger version. I think this site I linked to took it off the official Icon website, they probably don't have a bigger version. There might not be a larger version until Icon releases a press kit. And who knows when that might be...

I think you can very well see that it's Chris if you know that he's the lead in the movie. But of course I'd love to see a bigger version and see all the little details you can't make out.

Horror fans will be happy. They're sick of watered-down PG-13 movies. It's probably for gore and language. Too bad it's not for sexual content.
