Seth is either listening to the suits and has no contact with Kyle or any of the other guys anymore. Or it's simply that Harvey told him to spout these lies. (This is the 2nd time he's said something nasty about the movie in the last few weeks) It's as plain as day. It's a damn crying shame that one would have to pay money to go see Zack & Miri just to catch the Fanboys trailer. Maybe we can work around that. Buy a ticket for something else and sneak in to see the trailer.

I think Mr. Rogen just opened his mouth and lost a fan. I know I won't be defending him against his many haters anymore. And I'm not inclined to pay to see anymore of his movies either.

I've never been a fan of the guys to start with. I thought he did okay in what I've seen him do. I liked Knocked Up well enough, but I can't say I was impressed or anything. I'm certainly not keen on paying money especially to see him.

Won't they put the new trailer online at some point? We've been told both the new trailer and the new poster are mediocre. Great. That really instills a lot of confidence and enthusiasm. Can't say I'm eager to see either very badly.

I still think they should have done something like this as a poster:

Maybe we should start spreading it online, making people think it's an official poster. Only info that isn't correct anymore is that William Katt is in the movie. He fell victim to the cutting room floor.

Let me tune it first to remove William Katt's face and name from it. And I think someone other than me would have to spread it. It would be wrong if I made it and then tried to spread it. Kyle and Ernie also know that this is my handiwork, I sent them the poster when I first made it.

New "rumor". Fanboys has been pushed back AGAIN. To 2/6/09. This comes from Box Office Mojo, but no other sites have changed the date yet. Can this really be happening?!? :angry: :fedup: :witsend:

Oh, good Lord. I can't believe it. This time I really thought the November release date would stick. No one's gonna believe another release date ever again. And more and more people will get frustrated and not watch the movie because of all the pushbacks. They're getting better and better at messing this up big time. Seriously, February '09 now? I'd be surprised if it came out before February '10. Because what's stopping them from moving the movie to the summer in, say, January? And then moving it to next winter in the summer. This is just ridiculous.

Btw, the official Weinstein site now links to the Fanboys MySpace page that we always preached was run by some fan with too much time on his hands and no clue about website programming and visual aesthetics. Guess it really is official, so please accept my not so humble apologies for being wrong. Kyle Newman and Ernie Cline were positive this was not any sort of official MySpace. Guess they were kept out of the loop. How sad. This "official" MySpace stole one of my graphics that I especially created for Ernie's Fanboys MySpace and used it without permission. Fucking assholes. (Sorry.)

Report them? To who? The MySpace admins? They won't do anything about someone stealing someone else's image. I've tried to write to the Fanboys MySpace and asked them to remove the image, but of course they didn't.

Good question, Larry. VOD would be kinda cool, I guess. Maybe they're gonna do something like they did with American Gun, release it on VOD at the same time as in limited theaters.

And, technically, Defamer is wrong. Fanboys was pushed back to February, not January.
