Re: Fanboys

Teejay, this is gonna get around, you know.  Hey, maybe you should print a copy on high quality photo paper and mail it to me.  It would get a HUGE laugh if I asked him to sign it in the autograph line!  Talk about memorable.  Kyle would probably pee his pants laughing.

Re: Fanboys

Uhm... don't think I can print it in high quality. The image is tiny with a bad resolution. It would look totally crappy on anything larger than a 2x3" printout. But I'll give it a try when I get home. Can't really make it any bigger either because the photo I used as a template was so small. What we could try is make this part of a larger image that has some text on it or something. Kinda like a postcard. Any ideas? Anything we can put in his mouth? I so don't know Star Trek: The Original Series, so I don't have any Spock lines to use or anything. Any help?

I just noticed a curiosity on imdb ... they list Fanboys under "Coming soon". Huh? neutral This is not funny.

Gonna show this to the guys at the FX Show. Oh, and how about having Sam sign this one? Deb said he'd probably write something dirty on it too. Hehe. wink

Re: Fanboys

Well, dang! The FX Show website now says most of the Fanboys guys will be at the show Saturday only, including Chris. Well, as long as he's there at all.... Might be a bit of an unexciting Sunday for you then, Deb. Probably also means Chris might not have much time. sad Geez, I wish we could get the info to him beforehand, so you guys can set something up in advance. I'm sure he'd do it, especially when he knows you'll be flying in especially.

Re: Fanboys

I had an idea for another line for the pic, Tina. What about "I can't believe I fraternized with the enemies!"?
I was thinking about the trailer, where he said "I can't believe we`re in enemy territory!", so I thought that would be funny, too.

Re: Fanboys

Hey guys!

Sorry I've been M.I.A. recently.

I had a 2 week business trip up in Winona, MN to attend to and I had about 5 minutes of internet time per day. It was pretty crazy, but thankfully I am back home now and can get back into the scheme of things.
I love the Linus-Spock picture. It made me bust out laughing! Oh, and that Sam pic is one of my favorites. Too funny.

Re: Fanboys

Oh, and by the way...
did anyone catch the Jan 8th episode of "Wildfire"? No? Well neither did I. LOL. I was in the process of travelling up north so I had to record it...BUT your's truly was the waiter in one of the scenes, serving cocktails to some customers. I had about 5 seconds of screen time....so if you blinked for 5 seconds straight, you would've missed me. big_smile
I'll have to get some screen captures up in due time!

Re: Fanboys

Yes, Sean, we wanna see your screencaps!  Send 'em along.  We'll post 'em right here!  If I'd know that was your ep, I would've watched it.  My friend Dave's mom loves that show and I've seen it a few times.  It would've been fun to watch and try to spot you.

Caps please!

Re: Fanboys

I wonder what's going on with that website they're trying to put up for the movie. Because the website domain they mention at the end of the trailer (www.fanboys-movie.com) is now for sale, there's no page there, just a note about the domain being for sale. Let's hope they put something worthy up some time soon. They've got more than half a year to get the ball rolling, but the sooner the promotion machine starts running, the better.

Yeah, that's strange. I really hope, they'll put up a website. The movie certainly deserves it.

Re: Fanboys

He looks serious in the last one? He's got that almost-smile playing on his lips to me. Those guys must have had so much fun shooting this movie, playing with their toy guns and light sabers all the time. Hehe. And, yeah, we've discussed his shirt earlier in this thread somewhere, I think. I also think it's a cool shirt.

Hey, Sean, I looked at the Wildfire episode and I think I found the restaurant scene you're in. It's this restaurant with the brown brick walls, right? And, man, I went through that whole scene twice, scanning the background like mad, but I just could not find a waiter that looked like you. Wrong episode? Wrong scene? What are you wearing? Help me out here! wink

That's actually a different scene. I'm in the restaurant with the white walls, and blinds hanging up in the background. I'm wearing a white long sleeve shirt, and a black vest/ Hope that helps!!
