Hmpf. I spoiled myself about book 4 and now I am fearing I'll not like it.
And there is one thing that bothers me about New Moon, too, but I am probably the only person in the whole world that has those thoughts ...

I worried about the same ting, Anne. I was watching some fanmade 'musicvideos' and came across somekind of 'photoalbum'. So I knew some of the things that was going to happen. But it didn't ruin it for me anyway. It was still quite enjoyable. There was still lots of cool things I didn't know about. And you know how it is with Stephenie's books. Some things are pretty predictable but still you can't take your eyes of them books. Something hypnotic about her style of writing. There's no other response to it than love the story anyway.

Well ... this is just me being the weirdo I am. At the beginning when Bella goes over to the Cullen's house to "celebrate" her birthday she cuts her finger. you remember that, right? And all the vampires except Carlisle become ravenous about the blood, which is natural, I guess, because they're vampires. Then I started to wonder ... since Edward and Bella spend nearly every day and night together, what do they do when Bella ... you know ... has her period? That involves blood too, right? I told you, I am a weirdo. I don't think anyone else wondered about that. LOL But that's me being me, sorry. And you asked for it.

You ever heard of tampons? Edward's not in the room when she changes it, right? Besides, period blood is icky. No way Edward or any other vampire would think of it as something to crave, right?

LOL Yeah, I figured it might be icky, even for vampires!
But well, icky or not, it's blood and since he's a vampire I thought he might still be able to "notice" it. And I already said it was the weirdo in me that had that question. A normal person doesn't wonder about something like that in a fictional story.

True Blood would totally go there. I'm sure The Vampire Bill would smell it a mile away. But he would be well-mannered enough never to mention it.

Stephenie Meyer has actually answered the question about Bella's period . It's "dead blood" so it doesn't effect Edward as much, it still bothers him a little "but he's too much of a gentleman to say anything".
Offline
She did? Wow, cool. LOL I considered searching her website and Google for an interview or something where she might have answered it but I decided to continue reading instead. Thought it would be too much. LOL

Stephenie's brother, Seth, saw the movie and posted a small review on her website. It's spoiler free, so you don't have to worry about anything like that. http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/twilight_movie.html

I never really thought about that. That's a good question.

I could have answered that question about periods too. I'm just as bad of a weirdo as you are, Anne!
Guess who became a Twilight mom yesterday? http://twilightmomsforums.freeforums.or … 17541.html Of all the Twilight forums I've found this looks like the greatest!
Oh, don't worry. I'm not planning to link my every post here. Just this once. All though I did post there a post about my boys but I'll spare you from that.
Do you guys use any other forums?

Actually there is something else that bothers me about the saga, but it has to do with book 4 and I figured that I'm not going to find out until I can read it. So I'll put these thoughts away for now and if it still bothers me after I read it, I can still come here and post about it.

I have a few IMDb boards and some other JoA- or actor-related boards I check regularly, but I don't have anything else like this forum where I share this much about myself.

I went to a German Prison Break board for a little while, but they were real Nazis there. I got scolded for posting two sentences about Paul Adelstein in the Wentworth Miller thread (in addition to something I posted about Wentworth) and I was told off that Paul Adelstein has his own thread. WTF? The moderator was a real ass too, as upon voicing my discontent, she deleted my two sentences about Paul. Thank you, beoch!
I decided I didn't want to be a member of a community where I'm not allowed to utter two sentences that are slightly off-topic in any given thread. I asked them to delete my account, which they did. Screw them. A certain order on a message board is fine, but it is my philosophy that you shouldn't regiment people as stringently as that. Life just simply doesn't work that way and gets a little messy every now and then.
Oops, I just went completely off topic. Apologies. Deb and Anne, I hope you don't delete my post.

South Park did a hilarious thing this week. Goth kids VS vampire kids. Twilight factored in pretty heavily. It was funny as hell.

LOL. Yeah, sure, I posted in every actor's thread that one actor looks just like another one on the show. Sarah Wayne Callies looks exactly like Wade Williams, doesn't she?
No, we were talking about Wentworth on Joan and someone said that she can't imagine Wentworth playing a bad guy. I said that he did it very well and that I loved when actors could pull both off--good guy and bad guy. And then I segued into Paul playing Cooper Freedman as compared to Agent Kellerman. The moderator beoch on the board didn't like that I mentioned Paul Adelstein in Wentworth's very own thread that belongs to him, and only to him. Bad, bad Tina! <slaps her own fingers>
