Is it when Edward asks Bella... something?  I love that part.

I really need to get those books back...

Not only that part. The whole chapter is great. I love how they demand things from each other. wink

Re: Twilight (contains spoilers for all books and the movies)

I wrote a Twilight fanfic.  Smutty fanfic.  I'm not crazy about it because Edward and Bella talk to much... but they're Edward and Bella so they need to fight about any physical contact they have (right, Anne wink?).  It's one of the longest stories I've written.  Ever, I think.   Annnnyway, link: http://community.livejournal.com/fic_crazed/128560.html

Re: Twilight (contains spoilers for all books and the movies)

It's awesome. Very sensual. I love it. Though I never imagined their first time to be... this. big_smile

However, a few correction suggestions:

She sighed. "You know, just because I'm human doesn't mean eating it the only thing I do." => should be 'is'

"Something I want to do." Her foot slide further up his icy thigh, almost to his knee. She looked at him, he was once again his immoveable stone self. => should be 'slid'

And, uh... if she can slide her foot inside his jeans and reach up all the way to his thigh, how loose-fitting do his jeans have to be? wink

"If I was scared comma missing do you think I'd be here? Would I be with you at all?"

"Especially right now," he continued 'as' missing if he hadn't heard her. "If I lose control, even just for a second…"

She let out an annoyed groan. "Edward, if I wasn't comma missing would I be standing here almost half naked?"

Her hands went into his hair, holding him tightly has he fought not to hold her. => should be 'as'

The fic is great, although I have to agree with Tina, I never thought their first time would be like "this". But I guess I have to wait for the next book to read that. wink Unfortunately I already spoiled me a little for the fourth book by accident, but I WILL finish Eclipse first.

(And can I just have some random Jacob rant? If you didn't finish the series yet, don't read it, it may contain spoilers, but I need to get that off my head before I can continue reading. I don't "hate" Jacob, but I just dislike him more and more. He behaves impossible! And since I spoiled me for book four already, I always want to give him a smack over his head and make him understand that Bella isn't the right one for him and he just have to wait a little more. GRRRRR!!!! :witsend: )
Sorry, that's just me. I'm way too much into the books. LOL Why are there only four? I think I'm going to want more. But well, there is still some extra stuff I can read, I know. And maybe there is hope for Midnight Sun in near or distant future.

Re: Twilight (contains spoilers for all books and the movies)

I don't think there first time would be like "this" either.  I actually really don't like Edward/Bella smut because it's always out of character somehow.   And I fixed all the mistakes.  Sorry about all those, I tend to get... distracted while I write smut.  And as far as his jeans go... Alice put them out for him because she knew he'd need a little more leg room wink

And, Anne, you aren't alone.  I immensely dislike (if not hate) Jacob.  He wanted Bella for himself, but didn't seem to mind that eventually he would hurt her when he imprinted on someone else.  Just as long as she's with him.  And not with Edward.

Re: Twilight (contains spoilers for all books and the movies)

Yeah, I wouldn't read Twilight "smut" either. Ugh. But your story isn't smut. I quite liked it. I just don't like fanfiction in general that much, exept with JoA, of course. But from other shows or books, I hardly read it. That's just me. LOL And I don't think Stephenie Meyer would write that scence smutty. LOL But I am less than 100 pages away from Breaking Down, so I'll probably know that very soon. big_smile

Well, like I said, I don't really hate Jacob. Maybe I would if I hadn't been spoiled about Breaking Dawn. I just don't like his behavior. I mean, even Edward has accepted him in Bella's life and is always polite with him, why can't he just do the same thing? roll But I guess if it would be like that, the book wouldn't be the book I love so much already. LOL Let me finish reading it now ...

Re: Twilight (contains spoilers for all books and the movies)

There's no "bad way" for any kind of 'unbelieveable' in the Twilight-series! wink

Oh yeah: don't you go bashing on my Jacob! :witsend: Um, Jacob. :embarrassed: He's a cutie, and I loved him all the way. I don't get it why some people have to go saying bad things about him.. Gosh.. the guy needs some lovin'... Everytime I read the books I'm suffering from "Jacob needs a hug"-syndrome. wink

Dang, I was about to slap my self when I sat down in the train friday afternoon and realized the one thing I forgot to pack: Twilight. I missed it the whole weekend and actually started seeing the Cullens in the people around me! It was really cold so we went inside the station at Kemi to wait for the train. Who do I see sitting across from me in the hall if not Jasper! wink Well, a Jasper-lookalike, anyways. lol He was travelling with this cute little blonde and I guess if she had dyed her hair she would have passed for Alice. She certainly had the personality right on. lol And then when we sat down in he train, they were sitting right infront of me. I'm ashamed to say that I stared but I couldn't keep my eyes away for long. They had such great chemistry, I could see the love in her eyes.. *sigh* And another one.. I saw an Emmett-lookalike walking pass me outside the Oulu station (I had to switch trains). It was weird. I lift my eyes and he's there, walking towards me and looks at me. And I couldn't take my eyes off from his eyes! lol Stared at each other for few seconds, about 6 steps until he passed me. I felt that I had to gain some more self-control and didn't look back. roll I most be going crazy!

In a good way, of course. A VERY good way, to be exact. Although I don't know if it's really a good thing if you become that addicted to a book series about vampires. big_smile
It's probably the "So you're different from normal. I don't care." thing that makes me love the story so much. Again. You know that happened before. wink
The story also made me thing what I would do in Bella's situation. Would I want to be immortal? Tough question. I don't know, to be honest. I mean, I'm not afraid of death, but living forever? I can't imagine that either.

I love those books more than I ever loved any book series. Not even Harry Potter or SOTTP. That's crazy.

What I think of Breaking Dawn so far? Well, you can guess it. I said I was afraid that I might not like it because I read some spoilers. But the person who wrote the review didn't like BD. But I love it. I loved even the Jacob part and I didn't think that I would because I didn't really like Jacob in book 3. I mean, not that I hated him. I just hated his behavior. Because Bella belongs to Edward and Jacob ... well, you know. I don't want to spoil anyone who might still read BD.

Have to go back to work for the next hour. Can't wait to get home and continue reading!

EDIT: Okay, I am back home and about to continue with the book, but I thought of something that I wanted to add to my post.

This is where the Twilight debates come in.  She doesn't belong to Edward, she belongs with him.  There's a difference.

Looking at Edward and Jacob in Eclipse, is the real reason I started not liking Jake.  Edward was ok with Bella doing what she wanted (to an extent), as long as she was safe and happy.  Jake wasn't happy unless Bella was with him.   He didn't care that she was madly in love with Edward, he just wanted her and didn't care if it would hurt her to leave Edward again.   Edward, on the other hand, would have let her go if she wanted to be with Jacob.

Then there was that whole "love me or I'll kill myself!!!!!!1!!1!!!ONE!!!" thing in Eclipse, which just kinda drove me over the edge with him.

Is there a difference? Well, to me, there is not. Unless I don't get it because English is only my second language. I mean, I get she loves Jacob too. But she loves him as her best friend and not like she loves the person she wants to stay with forever, so to me that's the difference.

Yeah, same here. I guess that's the same reason for me.

There is a difference when to me... could be an English thing.  There are some people who think Edward acts like Bella literally belongs to him, like she's his property.

Ah, NOW I get it! Sorry for the confusion. Of course I do not think Bella is Edward's property. I'd never think that. So I guess it was just a misunderstanding. Next time I'll say she belongs with him instead of to him. LOL It's kind of the same in German, can't really explain it.
And hey, I don't even think Edwards acts like she's his property. I mean, he lets her choose who she wants to be with. Someone who claims property of someone else doesn't do that.

Re: Twilight (contains spoilers for all books and the movies)

Blah. I'm tired of this argument. Most be because I can't really explain how I see it. Maybe you need to be a mother to see Jacob's point of view.. The "I need to protect you from your own actions"-point of view.. Still, can't explain it properly. But hey, what ever! I'm one of those "Bella can keep Edward; Jacob's all mine!"-people. lol I do see the attraction to Edward too. Jacob's just more like my kinda guy and I can't understand why anyone would pass on such dreamy guy. big_smile

By the way, there's this musicvideo someone made called 'Your burning sun'. It's right on Jacob's point of view and I think it's the best Twilight musicvideo there is out there! big_smile If you disagree, please feel free to link any other videos. big_smile Never get tired of them...

Re: Twilight (contains spoilers for all books and the movies)

Pardon my language but HOLY SHEEEEIT!!!

Our little Kristen Stewart is about to play one of the most badass women who ever lived... Joan Jett.

Yep, you read that right.  Someone's making a movie about The Runaways...

http://www.aintitcool.com/node/39296

I guess Kate Moening is too old for a movie about The Runaways.  Damn.  But hey, I like the idea of Kristen in that role just fine.

To quote Kenny Laguna, Jett's longtime manager/business partner, "There are two kinds of people in this world: those who appreciate Joan's talent, and scum-sucking pigs."  tongue
