Re: Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT)

Premiere Props has stuff they haven't put on eBay, including some Justin stuff.  One outfit is $1,999.00!

Here's one of Chris's costumes that I really like:

http://www.premiereprops.com/product_in … ts_id/2342

Oddly, it includes the macrame toque.  He never wore it with these clothes in the movie.

Re: Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT)

Yeah, some of ths stuff is going for a ton of money.  This one wasn't too bad.  It was pretty scary there at the end because the first bidder came back and we fought it out up till about the last hour.

Re: Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT)

Here's something funny I just realized when I talked to Anja about Emile Hirsch. Because the word Hirsch in German means deer or stag. Do you think Abbie (or he himself) is aware of that? When you say his name with German pronunciation, it just sounds totally funny. There's not a lot of Germans with the surname Hirsch, at least I don't know any. (Imagine being called Mr. Stag.) And I'm sure those that exist are made fun of a lot. Thankfully Emile doesn't live in Germany. smile So much for my German language trivia for today.

Re: Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT)

Well, "Hirsch" is a pretty common Jewish surname. At least it seems to be. But yeah, I agree, it is a little funny. Although I personally don't care about if he's jewish or not or what surname he has.

Wow Deb, congrats on the win, and yeah wouldn't that be kick ass if Chris signed it for you? That'd be pretty effin' cool.   *jealous* haha.

Haha, that's a funny point about Emile, I wonder if he knows...

Jewish, German or whatever he may be, he's still hot and he's still amazing smile

Re: Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT)

His driving license?? LOL I've seen the two t-shirts before, but not the license. That's too funny. It's also funny that they used a pic of Chris with his real hair at the time, and not with the fright wig. Thanks for posting these!

Re: Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT)

Huh, the blue shirt looks exactly like the one they sold with the flower shorts. Hmmmmm ... ah well, maybe they had it twice, I've seen that before.
Yeah, Tina, I thought the same when I saw the licence. Very funny. LOL

Re: Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT)

Damn!  Wish I'd known about the license.  I'd love to have that!  I missed it somehow I guess.

Anyway, Chris signed both the wrist band and the certificate of authenticity.  Tee Jay, I'll send pics tomorrow.

Funny story: Thursday night after I finally decided to wear it this weekend for mojo, I was changing clothes or something and it flew off, across the room.  Just came undone and went flying.  Later, I noticed this sticky spot where the end of it connects with the part it lays against when its buckled.  So I figured that they taped it on or something.  Notice in the pic where he's lying down how the end is not in the loop like it's supposed to be?

So I asked him when I showed it to him and told him about winning it on eBay -- Did they have to stick it together because it wouldn't stay bucked?  He said yep. I said I bet they did it during the scene where you're arguing with Dominique, didn't they?  He said yep.  Notice in that pick that even though he's yelling and pointing wildly and even draws back his fist at her, it's NOT coming undone?

Re: Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT)

I listened to the soundtrack a few times and I have to say, I really like it. I mean, it's not the music I usually listen to, but I still like it. There is just one piece I can't stand and one piece which reminds me a little of the Titanic Soundtrack. But that's ok. LOL

Re: Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT)

Thanks for the link, Illinoisguy. In fact, I could have downloaded the movie elsewhere if I really wanted. But I'm not going to because it's probably these horrible filmed-in-the-theater versions. I'd rather wait a few more weeks and catch it on the big screen when it shows over here in Germany. But maybe some of the others would like to watch the version you posted.
