Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

What's the first thing your ever saw Chris in?
I propably saw him visiting ER and Touched by an Angel when I was younger and later in JoA but at that time I really wasn't into checking the actors, I just enjoyed the shows. All tough back then I didn't find JoA as one of my favorite show. I missed a lot of episodes so I didn't get the hang of it. It was last spring when I first seeked him from Imdb after seeing him in Alpha dog. That movie had a big effect on me so I looked up all the actors to see if they've made a lot of other good movies.

What's your favorite thing he's done so far?
Now I just have to say JoA. I fell in love with Adam.
And I love the way he plays Tourette's. So believeable he got to do it twice.

What's your favorite scene in that movie/show?
This really goes to most of his roles I've seen: The way he acts emotions is just capturing. In JoA ep. Trial and Error made me both hate him and pity him and just gasping for how well he acted.

Who's your favorite Chris character and why?
Ofcourse it's Adam. I love Chris when he's going all deep and stuff. I get all frustrated watching the filmmakers waste his potential in smaller roles. He was hillarious in Just friends anyway.

Do you remember the first time you Googled Chris?  What site did you land on?
Last spring. I landed here through google. But I must say, I usually look for actors and movies in Imdb first.

What were you looking for when you found our website or how else did you stumble across it?
I dunno.. Maybe some good pictures and some videos. Expecting hints in what role I should  see him next.

What role in what movie --- any movie --- past, present or potential would you love to see Chris play?
I have to agree with this:

Potential movie: Anything dramatic where we get to see his range and quite possibly some good tear duct action. Another thing I'd really love to see him do is play a really very evil and despicable guy.

Seen any Chris movies in a theatre?
No I don't think so. Now I'm keeping a close eye on theatres near me...

Own any Chris movies?
No. Not yet. I'll get some..

Have anything special recorded off TV?
No. We don't have a lot of american talk shows on Finnish Tv. We've got some E!-shows but I rarely even glance at them. I don't like tv and magazines that gives me the thought that they are supporting paparazzis. I hate the whole invasion of privacy thing... Stars have a right to it too. I hate seeing pictures of them in their swimsuit or such... (sorry for the burst.. :embarrassed: )

What do you like most about Chris?
I think I'm repeating my self... I love the way he acts emotions, the depth. He makes me feel like an empath. I cry, I laugh, I get pissed.. I get worried about his charecters, I miss them when the movie/episode ends. If this is a question about his looks, and I have to pic just one thing, I must say the eyes.. no the chin... or the nose.. tough question. roll

If you could ask Chris one question, what would you ask?
How does he get the feelings come out like he does? That can't be easy...

Do you have any of Chris's lines that you can quote off the top of your head?
"Raise your hand if your brother is a homo!" comes to mind.

Have you met Chris in person? If so, tell us about it.
Noup. I'm all the way on the other side of the World from him. Thank God. I'd propably develope a stutter..

If you could have him autograph one item or photo, what would you pick and why?
Um.. Maybe a normal sized picture... that I can use as a bookmark. Maybe I'd read more often then. wink I quess I'm too old for posters. Or maybe if I could have one big poster that's really a movie still from some of his best moments. And there was something artistic about it. Maybe a landscape or something.. That I could put on my wall without people saying 'act your age'. big_smile

What would you want to see Chris doing next out of these?
c) a quirky and/or romantic comedy
or
g) a dramatic movie
or
i) a theater play
or
j) something else entirely (if so, what?)
Anything. I'll bet he'll ace that one too.

Have you ever seen The Tic Code, Maria? It's a Tourette Movie he did when he was younger, but even though he was still a kid, he was totally great. I love this movie. You should see it too.

Also, check out American Gun if you haven't seen it yet.  His character goes through absolute hell in that movie.  He'll rip your heart out when he has his meltdown.

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

I've seen some clips from The Tic Code and Amercan gun but I really haven't come across the movies yet.  From what I saw in the clips (mostly in this site) they must be pretty awesome. I haven't found any of his work in Finnish TV since they showed JoA last and I haven't found them in any of the webstores i usually use. You know any good ones?

With a little help from my friends I already have two autographes, but it would be awesome to have his autograph on my The Tic Code DVD cover too, because this movie means a lot to me.

I can now happily update these questions. smile
Yes, I have met Chris in person and yes, I got my TTC DVD signed. YAY! :dancing:

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

What's the first thing your ever saw Chris in?
I believe it was an episode of Law & Order.

What's your favorite thing he's done so far?
Joan of Arcadia no doubt about it.

What's your favorite scene in that movie/show?
Probably the last scene in No Bad Guy.

Who's your favorite Chris character and why?
Adam.  You don't see a cool guy like that on TV anymore.

Do you remember the first time you Googled Chris?  What site did you land on?
Errr...sometime after I watched Tic Code I think.

What were you looking for when you found our website or how else did you stumble across it?
Well, Deb helped me from IMDb.  It's so much better here.  I was definitely interested in some Chris interviews.

What role in what movie --- any movie --- past, present or potential would you love to see Chris play?
He should be Ralph from Greatest American Hero...Hhaaha

Seen any Chris movies in a theatre?
Sadly, no.

Own any Chris movies?
Not really because I'm usually a renter.  But I have JoA and Alpha Dog.

Have anything special recorded off TV?
My VCR turned on me and almost ate my hand.  But I did have this little tid bit when he was on Boston Public but it got messed up.

What do you like most about Chris?
Seems like he's not affected by the lime lights like most young actors are nowadays.

If you could ask Chris one question, what would you ask?
Probably a lot of angry JoA questions. Ha.

Do you have any of Chris's lines that you can quote off the top of your head?
Sorry, I've got JoA on the brain.  Unchallenged.

Have you met Chris in person? If so, tell us about it.
I haven't been so lucky...

If you could have him autograph one item or photo, what would you pick and why?
Man, I haven't even thought of that because never in a millions year would I be able to meet him.  Don't want to get my hopes up.

What would you want to see Chris doing next out of these?
a) a very dark and suspenseful thriller or g) a dramatic movie
I usually all for the drama and I like dark movies.

You know, they're making a Greatest American Hero movie.  And Chris did say he'd like to play a super hero.  And he is great at physical comedy...  hmm

Do you like Starbuck's at all?  He's been spotted there in LA before.  His brother Eric even worked at one for a while.  Ever get over to the Venice Beach area?  If you're ever in these places, keep your eyes peeled.  You're lucky to live in LA cuz you never know who you might run into.  Just sayin'...  wink

LOL, I didn't know they're making a GAH movie!  Who's playing Ralph and Maxwell?  What a coincidence!  Yeah, I'd like to see him play some super hero...or he already is to me...hahaha.

Yeah, I go to Venice Beach and Starbucks all the time...I'll definitely keep my eyes peeled!  That's so cool!

Yep, LA is a neat place.

I don't think they've done any casting yet.  But Bill Katt & Connie Selleca were at Comic Con this year and they talked about it.  They were promoting that big new DVD/BluRay box set and the comic series.  I'm sure we'll start hearing about it soon.  I read AICN everyday and it's just the kind of place where announcements will get made.  In the meantime, I'll let you know if I can find any info.  smile

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

What's the first thing your ever saw Chris in?
It's hard to say, really. I think it was The Girl Next door, but I got really interested after I saw The Tic Code.

What's your favorite thing he's done so far?
So far I think my favorite was Joan of Arcadia, but I also loved Graduation because it had so much of him in it.

What's your favorite scene in that movie/show?
Ummm....In Joan of Arcadia, the scene where Joan's mom reads his mom's letter to him, and in graduation, the scene where he protects Suzy.

Who's your favorite Chris character and why?
I'm going to have to go with Carl from graduation. He's so funny, yet sensitive. I thought he pulled off the green hair well.

Do you remember the first time you Googled Chris?  What site did you land on?
I'm pretty sure it was this one!

What were you looking for when you found our website or how else did you stumble across it?
I was just looking him up online and the clouds parted and here it was! (Cue angels singing)

What role in what movie --- any movie --- past, present or potential would you love to see Chris play?
I would like to see him as Cal in East of Eden. He's got the intensity and range for it.

Seen any Chris movies in a theatre?
I saw Just Friends, The Girl Next Door, Alpha Dog, and will hopefully see Fanboys someday if they ever release it!

Own any Chris movies?
So far...Alpha Dog, Graduation, Just Friends, The Girl Next Door and The Invisible.

Have anything special recorded off TV?
No, I'm afraid not.

What do you like most about Chris?
His eyes are great, but I love his smile too.

If you could ask Chris one question, what would you ask?
Will you marry me?

Do you have any of Chris's lines that you can quote off the top of your head?
Plenty:
"And you can still like her with your penis inside her!"
"I don't know, man, sounds pretty dubious."

Have you met Chris in person? If so, tell us about it.
I've yet to have the pleasure.

If you could have him autograph one item or photo, what would you pick and why?
I'm not sure...anything I had on me would be good enough as long as he signed it.

What would you want to see Chris doing next out of these?
a) a very dark and suspenseful thriller
b) a sitcom
c) a quirky and/or romantic comedy
d) a horror movie
e) a drama TV show
f) an action movie
g) a dramatic movie
h) a medical or cop show
i) a theater play
j) something else entirely (if so, what?)

Probably A or F. I would love to see him as a lead in anything, but he deserves a chance to show off his wonderful acting chops. Especially after seeing The Day the Dead Weren't Dead, I know he could hold his own in an action film.

We actually asked Chris about it in our interview and he explained that the 3-minute trailer was shot as a sort of calling card for the Trost brothers. There were talking about making a feature out of it at some point, but there are currently no plans for it to go into production. Would be kinda cool to see Chris being a badass action hero for 90 minutes, though, wouldn't it? wink

Lindsay, you're kind of gonna get your action hero (of the reluctant variety) wish when Infestation is released.  He's called on to save the world, and there's even a girl.  Can't wait!  big_smile

But you're right.  He was a total basdass in TDTDWD.  It was cool to get to tell him how much I enjoyed that one-handed shotgun cock.  tongue

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

What's the first thing your ever saw Chris in?
If I remember correctly, the first thing I saw him in was the movie Just Friends.

What's your favorite thing he's done so far?
Oh my gosh, this is a tough question.  So far I've liked everything I've seen him in.  I suppose that one of my favorite things he's done was when he played Mike in Just Friends.

What's your favorite scene in that movie/show?
That movie in general was really funny but I'd have to say that I liked pretty much every scene that Chris was in. Especially the one where he's at the mall.  The look on his face after Samantha falls over the railing is priceless.

Who's your favorite Chris character and why?
Holy cow, how do you expect people to answer these, lol.  I loved all his characters.

Do you remember the first time you Googled Chris?  What site did you land on?
It was like a month ago and I landed on Chris-Marquette.com

What were you looking for when you found our website or how else did you stumble across it?
The site that I found was pretty much what I was looking for.

What role in what movie --- any movie --- past, present or potential would you love to see Chris play?
I'd like to see a movie where he's the main, main character.  Sometimes he's one of the main characters and unless he's already had a part where the story was just about his character and I haven't seen it, I would like to.  I'd also like to see him in like a romance movie or something.  And he plays creepy people really well so I'd like to see him in another movie like that.

Seen any Chris movies in a theatre?
The only movie I've seen of his that was in a movie theatre was one of his recent movies, Race to Witch Mountain (I saw it twice).

Own any Chris movies?
I wish I could say I own all of them but if I did, that would be a lie.  I only own the first and second season of Joan of Arcadia and Alpha Dog.

Have anything special recorded off TV?
No.

What do you like most about Chris?
One of the things that I like most about him is the fact that he's really nice.  I've never met him but I read a lot of his interviews and I try and watch what I can find on youtube and he seems to be really nice and down to earth.  And from what people say about him who have met him, he's really sweet. This is going to sound really weird and maybe even a little crazy but for some reason I really like the way he talks.  That's one of the reasons why I got interested in him aside from his acting skills.

If you could ask Chris one question, what would you ask?
I'd ask him if I could take a picture with him.

Do you have any of Chris's lines that you can quote off the top of your head?
"Oh my god, I peed a little."

Have you met Chris in person? If so, tell us about it.
Sadly, no.  But one day hopefully.

If you could have him autograph one item or photo, what would you pick and why?
Hmm, I'm not sure exactly. Maybe I'd want him to sign JoA set because he was in it or maybe a picture.

What would you want to see Chris doing next out of these?
a) a very dark and suspenseful thriller
b) a sitcom
c) a quirky and/or romantic comedy
d) a horror movie
e) a drama TV show
f) an action movie
g) a dramatic movie
h) a medical or cop show
i) a theater play
j) something else entirely (if so, what?)

The only way I'd ever go see a horror movie is if he was in it, and he'd have to be the main character and he'd have to live. Other then that, I'm up for anything.
