I thought it was excellent.  And very entertaining.  I'd like to see it again.

Re: Post your recent DVD purchases

I just bought three DVDs online. I went for cheap instead of the special editions or nice cases. Got these three for under 18 EUR (combined):

I saw all three in the theater, so I know what I'm getting myself into. smile

I knew I would get carded when I bought Charlie Banks, so I had my ID out... but the cashier hit that I was under 17 without even asking for ID roll.  I had to wait for a manager to override it before I could actually buy them.

Re: Post your recent DVD purchases

My Charlie Banks DVD arrived yesterday, but right now my life consists of nothing other than working, sleeping, seeing friends in the hospital and writing e-mails and talking on the phone to update people. I also got my copy of Definitely, Maybe the other day, along with Dan In Real Life and the first T. movie with S. L.B. Now I wish I had the time to watch them all, let along make some cool new Chris caps from Charlie Banks.

Re: Post your recent DVD purchases

Walmart has a new $3 display up. According to another site they are supposed to have the 2-disc editions of Flags of our Fathers & Babel. However, mine was sold out of those.

So had to settle for others.

$3 each.

I then went to Meijer and had a $3 off coupon for any general merch. of $15 or more. So I picked up another season set of The Golden Girls.

Re: Post your recent DVD purchases

I'd rather say I appreciate his work as an actor, but yeah, I guess you're right. I am a fan now.
You know, after I watched Twilight, I refused to become a fan, but then I watched the trailer for How To Be and I loved it so much, so I looked for some of his other work and had to admit that he does have great talent. But Chris will always be my No. 1 Favorite Actor. That's not gonna change just because I like Pattinson's performances, too.

Bought this; 8056301x.jpg

It was a bargain to me, as it was only £8 more than one of the individual films on its own.

Yeah, I watched some clips on Youtube and then I checked amazon if it was available. And there was this really cheap offer, so I just had to buy it. Can't wait to see it.
I personally think How To Be is going to be great. I mean if the trailer already made me a Pattinson fan ... LOL big_smile Not sure what to think about Little Ashes yet, but I'm just gonna watch it and jugde after that.

Re: Post your recent DVD purchases

Hey, I just remembered one of the crazy dreams I had last night.  It was just a fragment of a bigger dream.  I met Pattinson at some function and he told me a secret, but made me promise not to tell anyone.  He said he's really 40 years old.   LOL!!!  I have no idea where that came from.  There was also a part where it was like I was in a movie.  I was shooting bad guys with a fully automatic pistol and of course, their bullets were totally missing me.  It was weird, but kind of exciting.

I haven't dreamt of him yet and well, I think I don't even want to. LOL I'd rather have another Chris dream. Didn't have that in ages. But hey, maybe I'll dream of them both working together. What would that movie be like, uhmmmm ... LOL
