Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

I can't tolerate anything that's constantly shoved in my face.  That's the fastest way on earth to make me hate something --- inundate me with it, drown me in it, make it so I cannot escape it and I will begin to loathe it with every fiber of my being.  It becomes like sandpaper against sensitive skin, the idea of looking at that face.  Very sorry if that seems "all for nothing", but it's the way I feel and my feelings are just as relevant as anyone else's on here.  Maybe one day when this acting equivalent of The Macarena takes a hard fall or is exposed as a fraud and I don't have to hear about him being cast in effin' EVERYTHING all the time, the rancor will abate.

In the meantime, make no mistake.  I am NOT alone in this.  If you need proof, go to IMDb.  I do not troll his MB like some, however because I couldn't care less and wouldn't waste my energy on it.  In fact, I'd really love to just drop the subject right now.

Just out of curiosity, in what ways is he constantly shoved in your face? I see a lot of a particular actor thanks to magazines and other forms of media, but never enough, for me to actually dispise him.

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

You don't live in the US, Simon.  Like I was telling TeeJay, I can't even go to my POLITICAL website, Huffington Post, without seeing articles about him watching his parents have sex, or him being an alcoholic, or him never regaining the use of his hand after his stupid accident.  This is especially true when he's got a movie opening.  All it does is remind me what a creepy person he is and how I cannot for the life of me figure out why anyone likes him.  Last year there was even this article where he talked about shitting his pants until he was 12 years old.  Just makes me sick to my stomach.

Honestly, the only thing that saved me from having to change the channel away from ET because of him every day the week TF2 came out was the coverage of Michael Jackson's death.

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

I'm gonna bring this to a close, because i don't want to continue this anymore, but i just want to say one thing.

I 100% respect your decision that you dislike him. I have no problem what so ever about that. What I don't respect is your decision to always mention how much you hate him and by always using the name "Sheepshead".

There are people i dislike, but i simply call them by their correct name and then move on. I never go into detail why i dislike them and i never call them anything other than their actual name. Calling him "Sheepshead" at every given opportunity is the same kind of insult that the IMDb users you hate so much go by.

If you have to mention him, then simply say his name and carry on with everyone else. That's the kind of behaviour i respect.

Now, i've got that out of my system, let's end it at that. smile

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

Hey, I didn't bring it up this time, nor have I used that name in any of these posts the last couple of days.  Go back and look.  I was being respectful of our new member.  And I also asked HOURS ago if we could just drop the subject so don't dump this on me.  Not today.

For the record, I'm having my 4th period in 8 weeks and I got hit from behind on the way home tonight so I am in NO MOOD for this.  Fortunately, my car was not damaged, but my nerves were very rattled and I may have a little whiplash tomorrow morning.

Suffice to say that I would LOVE nothing more in this world than to never have to discuss this subject EVER again.

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

What's the first thing your ever saw Chris in?
Technically, Even stevens I think. But my friends and I are really into horror films and we all went to see Freddy Vs. Jason on opening night and the second he held that gun up and screamed like a woman...he had my heart, haha! After that I was all about JOA.

What's your favorite thing he's done so far?
Joan Of Arcadia by far.

What's your favorite scene in that movie/show?
I have a lot of favorites with him...when he was watching the videos of his mother, the end of Queen of the Zombies when he's so awe struck over Joan's performance...just how he responds to her then, and of course he broke my heart in Trial & Error.

Who's your favorite Chris character and why?
Adam Rove because it was such a diverse role for him to play, really showed beautifully what he can do as an actor. I'm also pretty fond of Carl(Graduation) and Mikey(Just Friends)

Do you remember the first time you Googled Chris?  What site did you land on?
Probably IMDB. I can't really remember now, I googled him the second I got home from the movs after F Vs. J.

What were you looking for when you found our website or how else did you stumble across it?
I was loking for a good place to find information on his upcoming projects and such and was having trouble doing so until I stumbled in here.

What role in what movie --- any movie --- past, present or potential would you love to see Chris play?
Oh man....past films, I would love to see him as Hudson in Aliens. I think he could have been amazing with that part, it's the comic relief, yes but also he was quite a dramatic character. Plus, that movie sorta rocks. Potential films...hm, if they made a big screen Catcher in the Rye I'd like him to be Holden. (One of my favorite books, my favorite actor, it would be delightful.)

Seen any Chris movies in a theatre?
Freddy Vs. Jason, The Girl Next Door, Alpha Dog, Fanboys

Own any Chris movies?
Oh yeah, lots. Both seasons of JOA, Freddy Vs Jason, The Girl Next Door, Just Friends, The Invisible, Alpha Dog, Graduation, Remember the Daze, Fanboys...

Have anything special recorded off TV?
No sad

What do you like most about Chris?
He's extremely talented, he has the most amazing voice, one you just don't expect to come out of him...
Sorry, drifted a little there! haha I love the characters he plays, how down to earth and friendly he seems in interviews and quite frankly he is the most beautiful man I've ever seen!

If you could ask Chris one question, what would you ask?
I'd like to know if he has any other natural talents...with a voice like his, maybe he can sing too? ::swoon::

Do you have any of Chris's lines that you can quote off the top of your head?
My cousin and I pretty much quote him nonstop.
"If you don't F*ck her, I'm gonna kill myself! F*CK HER FOR ME! FOR MEEEE!"
"I talk to angels"
"Look, she's alright...she's got her toothpaste!"
"Raise your hand if your hand if your brother's a hoooomoooo!"
"SHUT THE F*CK UP! ...Next question."
should I go on?

Have you met Chris in person? If so, tell us about it.
Nooo I haven't...But I have a friend who looks EXACTLY like Adam Rove era Chris, does that count?

If you could have him autograph one item or photo, what would you pick and why?
I don't know, I haven't really thought about it.

What would you want to see Chris doing next out of these?
a) a very dark and suspenseful thriller
b) a sitcom
c) a quirky and/or romantic comedy
d) a horror movie
e) a drama TV show
f) an action movie
g) a dramatic movie
h) a medical or cop show
i) a theater play
j) something else entirely (if so, what?)

Can I choose all of the above? Seriously I'd probably watch a ShamWOW infomercial if he started doing them.

Re: Our little questionnaire ::: Come on in and answer it

Great answers!  I'm also a total sucker for his voice.  I could listen to him read the phone book.  But I'd really love for him to read an audiobook, dammit!  Can he sing?  Depends on who you ask.  He says he can't, but his mom says he has a beautiful singing voice and she really wishes he'd sing more.  He did musical theater as a child.

I think you and I have very similar taste in JoA moments too.  Do you read fan fics?

Totally! He could read anything in any language to me, I wouldn't care. LOL He really needs to do an audiobook some time. Or do you know what would be cool? His voice for a navigation system. I'd totally start driving again. LOL

My God, I would love to hear him sing!

Yes! I love fan fics. I actually powerhoused through most of "Butterflies" in a night! Loved it! I had a mild addiction. I've never written any based on A/J I've mostly dabbled in the Harry Potter realm(my other love!)

LOL!  Why you wouldn't be referring to Werewolf's amaxing honeymoon sick, er, I mean, fic, would you?  :puke:

I was also going to tease you by saying I got to hear Chris sing a tiny bit on an outgoing voicemail message he had on his phone the first time I called him back in 2007.  He and friend of his were joking around and he sang the first part of ABC by the Jackson 5 ---- in his deep, bassy voice.  It was HIGHlarious!
