He didn't.  And she was never dressed like that, nor do I remember her ever touching a gun.  It's ridiculous.

All that's left for me to get now this year is the big named releases like Star Trek, Transformers 2, Harry Potter and Terminator Salvation.

Re: Post your recent DVD purchases

I got these from buch.de on Saturday:

51HODvwHUyL._SL500_AA240_.jpg 51UT7KG920L._SL500_AA240_.jpg 51KYCGQB7QL._SL500_AA240_.jpg 51bfXo-FpvL._SL500_AA240_.jpg 51YlB30aDWL._SL500_AA240_.jpg 51UZZKnwNiL._SL500_AA240_.jpg

That makes my collection complete up until season 10 as I've bought season 3 on eBay (too expensive everywhere else I looked). The rest I'll probably ask people to give me for x-mas and/or birthday over the next year or two. smile

Bought this today in Wal-Mart

I've been reading the Southern Vampire Book Series (the books the show's based on) and I love them.  Wal-Mart had it on sale, so I got it.

Re: Post your recent DVD purchases

That show is so many kinds of awesome it's just off the charts.  I'll have to get the DVD someday.  Hope you like the series.  It deviates from the books, but it kinda has to in order to keep going.

I don't think I'm going to watch it right away, though. I still have 7 and a half seasons of ER to go through. smile Have you watched the show before, Kate? Or is this your first time?

Re: Post your recent DVD purchases

I absolutely adored the first season. I fell in love with similarly to how I did with JoA. However, from the end of s1 on, I felt it went downhill. Ever since Tess was introduced, it drove a wedge between the main characters. This whole "Skins" storyline ruined it more. What I totally didn't buy was the thing with Izzie and the guy in s3 (wasn't he also called Adam?). It will be interesting watching the whole series again, though. It's been years since I saw it.

Re: Post your recent DVD purchases

The first season is by far the best. The second season they try to explain too much rather than focus on the characters. And the third season is actually quite ridiculous at times. Though I cant help but love the show. Max is so intense!!!

Picked these up today at Wal-Mart

I swore a long time ago that I wasn't gonna buy R rated movies at Wal-Mart anymore because last time I did the cashier just didn't let me buy the movie even though I had my ID.  But The Last Kiss was only 5 bucks.
