I notice Rhy that you are a big fan of Chris's work in the film TGND (the girl next door). Thats my ALL TIME fave movie and even more so because of Chris's role as Eli Brooks. Im obsessed with Eli I wont lie. HAHAHA I know all his lines by heart. You should stop by the fanart section of the MB and take a peek at all the lovely fan art our fans have put forth for us to enjoy. I have a few on there as well of some drawings of Chris as himself and a few as Eli. Take a peek Im sure youll enjoy it. Whats your fave scene in TGND? Mine is the entire scene from the very beginning where he runs down the school hallway to get Matt's attention and takes him to the Media Lab to show him his gf is a porn star... all the way to the end where he shouts that hilarious line out to Matt in front of the whole crowd as he leaves.

HILARIOUS movie. Another fave scene of mine is when hes playing Director at the high school with the porn stars and when hes at the Q & A meeting on stage at the end of the movie.

Eli is the best! And hes soooooooooooooo cute. :drool:

Linus Poonwah. why? Because... he's totally passionate about Star Wars, and he clearly loves his friends all a lot. He's incredibly brave for his situation and also- his friends' devotion to him is a really awesome reflection on his character. wanna hug!!

it was back in 2004. I landed on IMDb.

What were you looking for when you found our website or how else did you stumble across it?
I was looking for interviews with him for fanboys- and then a few days later I got resent the link here by a member via twitter

wow... big big question... I would love to see Chris play an angel-faced bad guy- like... he seems like the nicest guy in the world, but then like...shows his true colors!! Or like a Judas- type character. turncoat, yeah- wanna see darkness, yo!

Did you see Criminal Minds last week, his character was kind of like the dark one you described. At first we think he's just the poor, dumb tag-along and that Michael Welch is the really evil one, but nope, it was our little Chrissy baby all along...

I have indeed seen the criminal minds episode- and it was juicy for me! and I have also seen infestation- awesome, I love movies like that. Would love to see him work with the likes of Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright- oh yeah!

Once again, Adam Rove for the win. I just liked his laid back personality and how he genuinely cared about Joan. He knew what he was passionate about and defended that with conviction, which is honorable.

I was doing research for my developmental psych class. I had to watch a movie and write a paper on it so I chose The Education of Charlie Banks and my thesis was how childhood abuse/neglect/deviance affects a person throughout each stage of their life, the subject of my study was Mick but I was immediately won over by Chris and his character so, I did a little "off the record" research hahaha.

What role in what movie --- any movie --- past, present or potential would you love to see Chris play?
I know a lot of people say Bob Dylan, which I think would be amazing. I'd also love to see him as Lloyd, John Cusack's character in Say Anything.

Seen any Chris movies in a theatre?
Yes! Alpha Dog and Just Friends. I actually went to an art school here in Chicago my freshman year of college and a good friend of mine from there did a screening of Infestation for the film and video department. Although it wasn't in a theater, it was still a group experience, big screen and all.

Own any Chris movies?
I own most of them, all by coincidence actually. I never made a conscience effort to buy all his movies but I kind of just collected them without really making the connection that he was in all of them.

What do you like most about Chris?
It's evident that he completely submerges himself into every part he plays, and I feel that very rarely do you come across an actor who is willing to do that. Also, from interviews that I've read he seems like a grounded, intellectual, down to earth person, not just some crazy hollywood guy with no grip of reality.

If you could ask Chris one question, what would you ask?
Which book, album, artist, changed your life? Everyone has one and I think that is a pretty telling bit of information about someone :0)

I can't say that I have. Even if I was presented the opportunity to meet him, I'd probably be way too nervous to actually go through with it.

Great answers, Ashley. And I think it's funny you said TEOCB is one of your favorite Chris movies, because I don't think many others share that opinion with you (me included). I definitely share the Adam Rove love, though.

As to being nervous if you ever met Chris, yeah, I get that. But rest assured, if it ever happens, he'll make you forget you were ever nervous the minute he starts talking to you. And I think it's awesome that you got to see Infestation on a kind of big screen. I actually had the rare chance to see it in a real theater at the German Fantasy Film Fest. That felt very special, and I'm absolutely grateful for that opportunity.

Ashley, you sent us the two pics from the Gotham Awards, right? Those were so nice. I've looked around for more, and even talked to Dylan Riley Snyder about it, but he said the LDW cast was hustled through the line so fast, there were very few photos taken. It's sad because Chris looked so gorgeous that night. And Amber was there too. I'd give just about anything for a pic of them together from an event like that.

I also heard that Chris was at the Call of Duty Black Ops launch party so I was looking for pics from that event for you guys as well, but I came up with nothing.
