Lets just hope she won't end up a widow in 20 years or something like that. he does remind me of Adam somehow. he's kinda cute for an older guy. since they've been together for so long, maybe it's a match made in heaven and everyone should stop gawking at their ages. I guess congrats are in order! Where best to post them?

Maybe I should clarify that it's not the age thing that creeps me out, it's just the guy himself ... but then again, I'm sure Amber knows him a lot better than I do, so I won't judge their relationship. As long as she's happy, I'm happy for her, too.

I know!!! I've lost my shirt on that movie on the HSX website.

They seem really happy, I'm glad for them.

I'm not crazy about those May/December relationships, in general. I think I'd like them better if it went the other direction more often. But it almost always seems like it's a young woman and a middle-aged man.

Deb, I actually wish that were the reason it usually happened, it wouldn't bother me then.

However, (and to be clear I don't think this refers to Amber), I'm afraid it is usually sleazy old guys, and young women looking for money or power.

I agree with you in say the case of Doug Hutchinson and Courtney Stodden. Or at least it seems so. But yeah, not in Amber & Dave's case. It feels real with them. And really, if you're curious, just read Bang Ditto. She told me herself, you want to know her, no interview is going to do it, just read the book. It's spelled out pretty bluntly in there. This isn't someone's snooty, inaccessible overly artsy idea of poetry either. It's her. It's hilarious and smart and dirty and emotional, and well, beautiful.

Just because he hasnt told us yet about any special ladies....doesnt mean he isnt dating right now. I really do hope he finds happiness regardless of whether he finds a woman or not. But it is a nice thought for him to settle down with someone to share his life with. I am sure we can all agree on that.
