I'm sure I'm the last the hear about this. I'm usually the last to hear about everything. ;-) I just read that Stephenie Meyer, Wyck Godfrey, and Melissa Rosenburg have cameos in the wedding scene. You can see them (Meyer and Godfrey, at least. I'm not sure about Rosenburg) in the trailer. About 44 seconds in, they're on the left (bride's) side.

I think that's nice. If I'd been them, I'd have given the 3 previous directors a seat at the wedding, too. I hope they acknowledged them in some way.

Nice picture. Alex is scheduled for RingCon, too. I wonder if he'll make it this year. He's been announced for the past two years and always had to cancel last minute.
I like the trailer. I just hope they won't show any more of Bella's wedding dress. I want the whole big screen experience. If I saw it before it'd totally ruin the movie for me.

I don't think they give away too much of the dress at all. It looks similar to a drawing I saw of it somewhere. But you can't see anything but a little bit of the shoulders and neckline. It looks like Charlie is going to see her pregnant. That's a departure from the book.

Just returned home from seeing it! It's PERFECT! I really loved it! Well, apart from the fact that this time they did not only ruin Jasper's hair (which I kind expected them to), they also ruined Alice's, but it was bearable. And I'm happy the Bruno Mars song is in the credit. If they had put it in the movie, it would have ruined it for me.
And the ending is JUST like I imagined it.

Was it crowded for you? My theater was like halfway full with super annoying fan girls and that was at the noon showing! I liked it the best out of the others so far.

Well, the theatre was full, but I didn't feel crowded. Also, since it was only a double feature with Eclipse and not all four parts together, which it was for many of my friends in other cities here, the screaming/squieaking/etc was very limited. The audience had a few good laughs, including me, so it was okay. I'm going to watch the movie again with less audience to catch up on the bits and pieces of dialogue I might have missed.

BTW, Mike's only in the movie for about a minute or so, but he gave us the biggest laughs ever. LOL

I'm planning on watching it on Sunday. Hope there's not gonna be too many annoying fangirls. I must say that my enthusiasm for the Twilight movies has dwindled a bit, but of course I'm still gonna make sure I catch all of them in the theater.

I don't know if or when I'll get to see the movie. the theater in my town quit in may and I don't really have a ride to go to the next town. busses don't come back from there after the movie ends. shucks. so far everyone I know has liked it
