lovely seems these days a rainbow isn't anything anymore unless it has a twin I've come across a lot of 'double rainbow' jokes and referances lately. I think there was one even in some sitcom.

So my sister, who's never seen Fanboys or heard of Chris. Told me about the author Barry Lyga, who wrote Fanboys and Gothgirl, the book. She and her boyfriend are reading another book of his called Geektastic that she said was so much fun to read. That's three people now in my family asking me about Chris and other stuff he's been in Kind of neat! I'll definitely read the book, just started 'The Passage' so it will be after that. This book kind of sounds like the Scott Pilgrim comics that I read last year that were hi-larious to read too.

Just wanted you to know Dan's character Kenny has a big Star Wars tribute coming up on Man Up! this Tuesday Oct. 25th @ 8:30 on ABC--Think all Fanboys will get a big kick out of it.

I rewatched Fanboys the other day and ever since my head has been full of funny words like "criminal ass germs" and "pressed ham". xD also, I checked the pilot to Dan's new show and it's as good as you can expect from a sitom nowdays. I did like the romantic geek with the guitar.

Fanboys made its broadcast TV debut on Comedy Central tonight. Been watching it. Still loads of fun even with the swear words cut.

The Alamo Drafthouse theater in Austin, TX will hold a special screening of Fanboys on Jan 18, 2012 to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The writer of the movie, Ernie Cline, will also be in attendance. Tickets and more information on the Alamo Drafthouse website.

Join screenwriter Ernie Cline and the 501st Legion (costumed Star Wars bad guys) for a special screening of FANBOYS to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Help us cheer on the onscreen fanboys as they attempt to break into George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch to steal an early copy of Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace and answer the ultimate question: "What if the movie sucks?" That reminds me when I got to see it in my OV theatre at home one year later ... I told the theatre people I had the chance to see it even before it hit the American theatres. They were impressed. LOL I should get it on DVD finally. *sigh* Let's check CD-WOW ...
