Re: Grey's Anatomy

Yeah, Izzie and Alex, that would work better for me too. I just can't see Izzie and George together.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

What's wrong with you people, Callie rocks!  I love how she's gorgeous without being a stick figure.  And she takes no crap from anyone.  She's become one of my favorite TV characters since y'all got me hooked on this show.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Don't get me wrong, Callie is great.  It's awesome to see a Hispanic on such a popular tv show such as Grey's.  And it's great that Ramirez doesn't have to play the stereotypical role that Hispanics normally play.  And she's a woman who has curves and is not afraid to show them off.

I always laugh how she gets into fights with Mer or Izzie.  Callie is great and everything but I just really don't like her with George.

Give me Callie & McSteamy any day of the week.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Bah, McSteamy. He can go to hell, I wouldn't care. (Sorry, but I just don't like him.)

I don't have anything against Callie, I just can't see her with George. They seem so odd together, I don't know why.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

At least we agree on something (or are you talking about Izzie & George).

So many great moments in last night's episode!

Re: Grey's Anatomy

PS: We're in a different time zone, an hour earlier so we missed the show last night and ABC is NOT repeating it tonight.  We're all going crazy!

Oh well, I can always send you the episode, Deb... I haven't got it yet, though. Need to take care of that today.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Tina, when is the time right for a new package? I'm dying here! Last night I was so bored, I watched an episode of GW in German. Haha, that's so poor! I don't even need to see that in German. LOL Strange thing is, Kabel1 airs Medium right after GW. Ugh. I wanted to watch Medium again (Season 2 just started here), but then I decided to go to bed instead.
Then, of course, I still have some Lost to watch. But I can't live without my Grey's Anatomy fix! LOL I need new material soon! big_smile

Re: Grey's Anatomy

You can send it if you wouldn't mind.  But you're busy as hell so it's no big deal if you can't.  I'll catch it sooner or later.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

TR Knight opened the 18th Annual GLAAD Media Awards.  He got a standing ovation and I cried.  He was really choked up too.  And then he said, so sweetly, "For Gosh Sakes," like please sit down people, you're embarrassing me.  He gave a very moving speech.  He was just so nervous and cute.  And genuinely humbled.  He realized at one point that he needed to look up more and chastised himself.  Adorable.  I just love this guy.

YouTube might also have something.  He was the belle of the ball.  People kept talking about him all night, saluting his grace under pressure.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

I really need to get into this show. I've seen a couple episodes and it looks like something I would love.

Have you all heard that Chris Lowell is going to be in the spin-off? Another reason for me to watch wink

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Yeah, I wasn't all that excited about the idea of a spin-off till we heard about Lowell being in it.  Now I'm jazzed.  So, the spin-off will center around Addison.  You guys think McSteamy will make the transition too?

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Of course we heard about that. I'm not sure if I'd watch the spin-off, though. Maybe I'll give it a try because of Lowell ...

I have no idea if McSteamy will make the transition too. To be honest, I don't really care, I don't like him.

That's what I mean, Anne.  Send McSteamy to the spin-off and get him off our show!

In that case, I am with you of course - he should make the transition as soon as possible!

Re: Grey's Anatomy

I like McSteamy.  To be honest, I think he's much cuter than McDreamy.

Almost Thursday!  Man the week went by fast.  I am so looking forward to tomorrow's episode.  It should be a sweet one.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

Eric Dane is physically more beautiful than Patrick Dempsey, granted.  They're both very attractive men and good actors.  I don't like McSteamy as a character, but I have liked Eric in other roles.  To tell you the truth, I'm not all that into McDreamy, even though I admire Patrick a great deal and I loved him in some of the movies he did back in the 80's.

TeeJay talked about George when she told me about this show and her description intrigued me.  I agreed to check it out because of him and now I'm totally hooked.  I dig George and Callie together because it's obviously a very highly sexually charged relationship.  I have no idea if they are technically right for each other, or if it will last.  But I do believe she loves him.  What's not to love?  Except his obsessions with women he can't have.  At least not in the real sense of the word.  Whatever happens, they'd better keep Callie as a character even if she and George break up.  She rocks just as much as he does.  I hate it when he disrespects her.

And now, I'm a huge TR Knight fan.  He such a cool little quirkmiester.  Very much like Chris.

Re: Grey's Anatomy

No, neither McSteamy nor Eric Dane is my type. I guess I just like the Derek/Patrick Dempsey type more. LOL But of course everybody is allowed to have their own taste. Which reminds me, seeing Freedom Writes in the theatres is not going to happen to me, I'll have to wait for the DVD. sad

But yeah, I've grown to be a huge TR Knight fan too. He's sooo quirky. LOL And he also has this adorable rubber face, just like Chris has too. big_smile
