I guess it's about time I did the questionnaire.
What's the first thing your ever saw Chris in?
Joan of Arcadia
What's your favorite thing he's done so far?
Joan of Arcadia
What's your favorite scene in that movie/show?
My favourite scene, well there's several that I like - the scene in Jump where Helen reads out the letter.
Who's your favorite Chris character and why?
Adam. He's the character I've seen the most of, he's that kinda shy guy that doesn't care about the high school popularity crap. Just the kind of character that I like, and is a central love interest, which helps.
Do you remember the first time you Googled Chris? What site did you land on?
christopher-marquette.com . That was a while ago, 2005 I guess, when I was really getting into JoA.
What were you looking for when you found our website or how else did you stumble across it?
Got directed here from the versatile msg board.
What role in what movie --- any movie --- past, present or potential would you love to see Chris play?
I can't really think of any, so I'm just going to say a Peter Jackson movie, preferably with some shot in NZ, so he'll come to an NZ premiere. Hehe.
Seen any Chris movies in a theatre?
No, not many have come here.
Own any Chris movies?
Just Friends, JoA, The girl next door.
Have anything special recorded off TV?
That would be a 'no'.
What do you like most about Chris?
Okay, I'm really bad at these type of questions, I just like him. I like a few different actors, but not many to this extent, and I guess it's down to the fact that he's talented, he's attractive, but not in an Orlando Bloom, Brad Pitt way (although I personally don't really find either that attractive), and just seems like he's a nice guy at the end of the day. I think a lot of the time that shines through, some actors just seem like they're up themselves and Chris seems more down to earth.
If you could ask Chris one question, what would you ask?
One question. Can't really think of one -okay, 'can you uncancel JoA?" I guess I already know the answer.
Do you have any of Chris's lines that you can quote off the top of your head?
'I believe, that you believe' - I love that line.
'F**k her for me, Matt, f**k her for meee.' - that's pretty much a classic.
Have you met Chris in person? If so, tell us about it
Yeah, sure.
If you could have him autograph one item or photo, what would you pick and why?
I guess, like Silvia was saying, JoA box set or a pic from JoA.
What would you want to see Chris doing next out of these?
a) a very dark and suspenseful thriller
b) a sitcom
c) a quirky and/or romantic comedy
d) a horror movie
e) a drama TV show
f) an action movie
g) a dramatic movie
h) a medical or cop show
i) a theater play
j) something else entirely (if so, what?)
Well, either a) because I'd love to watch it, especially with Chris in it. e) provided it came to nz or g). a sitcom would be awesome

from the episode 1x12 jump??? it´s great!! oh my god , you ( three ) must be the best fans all over the world!!! how lucky is chris!!
Yep, it's a shirt like the one he wore in Jump and also Anonymous. I just loved the lion design so much that I recreated it. Anne and Deb also have a t-shirt like that. Not sure we're the best fans in the world, but I'd like to think we're up there in among the top of the list somewhere. I don't really know what Chris thinks about us. Probably that we're slightly crazy, but, hey, we are. LOL But in a good, healthy way. And as Deb said, we've been really lucky. We have what a lot of fans or people who run fansites don't have: Up close and personal contact with him and people around him. It's been nothing but great so far.

You hadn't done it before? Bad girl! Yeah, I'd say it's about time! Thanks for sharing. You're one of our longest members on this board, Susanna. Don't you want a special rank for yourself? We thought we'd offer that to some of our most faithful members.

What's the first thing your ever saw Chris in?
I saw him in a commercial when I was really young. It is funny that I still remember it. In a movie though…Freddy vs. Jason
What's your favorite thing he's done so far?
Either Alpha Dog or The Girl Next Door
What's your favorite scene in that movie/show?
The girl Next door: On the deleted scenes when he is following Matt down the hallway he tells him to go away, and Chris just kind of flips out in the background. It is pretty funny.
Also when he falls over the trash can
Who's your favorite Chris character and why?
Keith. He has a lot of different emotions.
Do you remember the first time you Googled Chris? What site did you land on?
IMDB
What were you looking for when you found our website or how else did you stumble across it?
Actually I typed www.chrismarquette.com cause I figured that if he had an official site that would be the URL well when the page loaded it came up www.chris-marquette.com with the hyphen lol
What role in what movie --- any movie --- past, present or potential would you love to see Chris play?
I can't wait to see him as Linus
Seen any Chris movies in a theatre?
Not yet. Hopefully Fanboys though
Own any Chris movies?
Freddy vs. Jason (Only cause Chris), Alpha Dog, The Girl Next Door, Just Friends
Have anything special recorded off TV?
No. I have audio clips from DVD's though
What do you like most about Chris?
The range of genres he acts in. His humor. I have never met him but he seems like a sweetheart and that h hasn't let the whole Hollywood thing go to his head.
If you could ask Chris one question, what would you ask?
To be honest if I ever met Chris I'd probably forget my own name. Wouldn't be able to recall any questions
Do you have any of Chris's lines that you can quote off the top of your head?
I could probably read for all his parts he has ever done. Sometimes I randomly say things like
"Get ready to experience…Eli" The Girl Next Door
"If you don't f*ck her…I'll f*uck you buddy."
"We have to strip to Manuto?"
Have you met Chris in person? If so, tell us about it.
No I am by far not that lucky
If you could have him autograph one item or photo, what would you pick and why?
Probably one of him as Keith Stratten.

Yeah, there might be some of that at first. But he's really sweet and down to earth. He'll make you feel comfortable in no time. And there is really no need to be all jittery around him. He's really just a regular dude like you and me, and he'll make you feel it too.

Well, it was kinda the same with me ... at the beginning. I mean, I still haven't met him yet, but it's getting better. I am not as nervous as I used to be anymore.

Im just nervous meeting new people, so to meet Chris...yeah even though everyone says how sweet and down to earth he is. It would just be too surreal

Oh, I'm sure you'd still have butterfiles in your tummy, but as soon as he hugs you (or gives you a sweet little peck on the cheek), you'll forget all about that. I've met a bunch of my heroes. And even though they were all very nice to me, I've never had someone put me so quickly and completely at ease the way he did. It's a special gift that he has.

I'm with you, Paige. I'm slowly learning how to overcome my own shyness when I meet new people. I usually handle myself pretty well, but I tend to get really nervous when I'm having to introduce myself and whatnot. I even had butterflies when I first posted on this message board. They didn't last long though, because everyone here is awesome.

Really?? Wow. But, hey, we're totally unscary, aren't we? Thanks for the kind words, Brenna. :embarrassed: I think I'm kinda the other way round. Totally unshy, at least most of the time. I can be bold at times. I think if it hadn't been for me, Deb and I would have sat there at the set of ROTN and never gotten to talk to Chris. Because I was the one to finally talk to the walkie-talkie lady on the set who got our card handed to Chris in the end.

Haha yeah, I get nervous for little to no reason sometimes it seems. I don't really understand where it comes from -- no one in my family is the least bit shy, and for the longest time, I wasn't either. I'm really trying to grow out of it these days though, especially since I'm living in a new state and need to make some friends who don't live on the other side of the country
Wow, isn't it crazy how one little thing can change so much? Had you never given the walkie-talkie lady the card, the connections you all have today may have never come about. Way to seize the day, TeeJay!

Yeah, and I told her not to do it because I was afraid we'd get kicked off the set!

Yeah, you were even intimidated by Kyle. I was just plain excited beause, really, no one on that set was a big star and it was all new to me. Never been on a film set before. Sure, I was nervous as hell too. But I was never intimidated.

Only until he saw my Fanboys t-shirt and came over to give me a VERY high five, and introduced me to Dan Spink. Once he directed Andrew to start filming us, I totally snapped out of that nervousness.

The very first Fanboys shirt that Kyle saw was an iron-on transfer we did ourselves. Anne, Deb and I each now have another (cooler) Fanboys shirt that I had printed at a t-shirt store. (Actually, Sean has one too. The Fanboys Sean, not the Marquette Sean.) We should probably post a picture of it some time. I haven't worn mine in a while. Shame on me! I think we have more Fanboys merchandise than anyone. We have shirts, calendars, stickers and we might even soon have the comic book.
